Nordstrom’s has great service. It includes free alterations on a lot of purchases, especially if you have a card with them. The staff is knowledgable and attentive. The selection is good (avoid RAIL though), and the store is well designed. The products are displayed nicely, and everything is easy to find.

Marlow in the men's suits department was extremely helpful and gracious in providing me measurements for matching groomsmen rental attire. Rental company has arrangements with several Nordstrom in cities across the country, but not locally. Despite this Marlow was generous with his time, knowledge, and patience while accommodating my needs. Will definitely seek him out for next suit purchase.

The best place to shop for everything beautiful in the mall at the gardens . It’s a warm and friendly group of salespeople who are truly willing to help ! Nordstrom policy on returns can’t be beat as we know but once you’re in the store making a return , expect to buy more then you’ve returned !

The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is one of the best malls anywhere! And it was great to visit Nordstrom for the first time in quite awhile.

I like nordstrom, the only thing that i don't like is how a practicular white male dresses for work. He work in the shoe area, he was very helpful, but i dont think he dresses properly for work. I was embarrassed to look a him. His clothes are way too tight, pants were pressed against his private area which clearly shaped his parts. Apart from the fact that he wore suspenders which made his behind look like he had a really bad wedgie, which I think he rather enjoys. I would not consider this proper attire for work. Its one thing to be fashionable, but its another thing to wear clothing that does not meet the proper dress code and one which might make shoppers uncomfortable.

My wife loves this place for her shoes. I love the coffee and that fact that they have lots of seats in the Ladies shoe area. Service is always top notch here.
