I came for my iPhone and the issue was battery drained quickly. The person ran their diagonal so the verdict was nothing is wrong with the battery. They refused to change the battery and asked me to reset the phone as try and see if it improves. I found it hard to believe that they couldn’t tell what was wrong with the iPhone. Also they would charge me for battery. A phone that i paid for $800 now a year later i have issue they don’t know what’s wrong! It’s insane I would pay for every single service. Phone is little over a year old only. I expect better from apple.
Friendly staff but they said something they don’t want to honor. I was tricked for a phone repair and they changed their words and was told to pay more than double the price. Be aware, avoid this store if you don’t want this hassle! They deserve NO star at all. Do what you say if you want people come back.
My last visit was amazing!
My husband and I purchased the leather iPhone 8 cases ($50 each) in late September. We LOVE them but were very displeased with how quickly they damaged/wore down after only a month. We couldn’t exchange them sooner than 30 days because my husband was out of town for a month after. When we finally went in to exchange them, the rep said that the cases had a 1-year warranty on them but that she’d allow one-time exchange in-store since we were dissatisfied with the product. We ended up choosing cheaper, more durable cases more suitable for everyday life, but eventually want to get the leather cases again to switch out occasionally. Overall, VERY pleased and satisfied with the customer service that day. Thanks, Apple!
Came here specifically to buy a particular computer. Waited almost an hour to be given the glorious opportunity to spend over a thousand bucks on a laptop (sense my sarcasm? Because I'm laying it on pretty thick), after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. Why you have to wait at all to simply buy something is beyond me.
Gave three stars only because the sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly.
Sitting here waiting for someone to help me at the Apple Store for a possible purchase- going on 45 minutes now. Just asked one employee how much longer I had to wait to ask questions about purchasing a new computer. Rudely told me to 'ask someone else' to see how much longer I would have to be in the queue. When will Apple figure out how to really treat customers? The Genius Bar people are great but what a huge hassle even to get there. I should not have to put in my apple id every time- name should be enough- been a customer for too long I guess.
Arrived at the store checked in loud. You don't know who is working for apple no uniforms. Then you sit down waiting at an empty table and a guy tells you you can't sit there and must move I been an apple customer from when the first apple phone came out and never been treated like this before. I got better service from Walmart.
Today I had the best experience in customer service. My phone crashed and I was there when they opened without an appointment. I was totally fine if it took all day because I know the Apple store is always busy. I was scared with the new phone coming out tomorrow they might not be able to help today but I just needed my phone fixed. I cannot say enough good things about the employees. An employee came out of the store to put my name down for service when the store actually opened. She was very professional and sympathetic to my situation. When I went in the store I was helped right away by Morgan, a sweet young woman. She was very professional and cared so much about helping to save the photos on my phone. I was so pleased with how much she helped me I actually purchased some accessories. Yes, Apple is a large company and you will always find the store busy. But the tech support man told me last night that Apple cares about their customers. Today they proved it. Thank you Apple Store Southpark for helping me today!!
Typical Apple store. Busy and chaotic. Staff are friendly and helpful, and their support is second to none --by appointment only which is unfortunate. Aside from that, love their product and simple store layout.
Mark the manager at the South Park Apple Store is a fine example of people that are pleased to provide poor service. I would not recommend this store. If apple can afford to provide poor customer service they can afford not to have my future business.
I have been to the Apple store in SouthPark twice. Both times I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. The first time I went, without an appointment, I had to wait for several hours, but they gave me a time to be back and they were ready and they fixed my problem. The second time I had an appointment to have the screen on my iPhone replaced. They were prompt, took my phone and told me when it would be ready and it was. I love my iPhone and macbook air and I love the South Park Apple store.
I came to this store as a walkin customer to get my iphone SE repaired as the switch on and off button is not working since a couple of days. My phone is under warranty. They checked it and told me that the phone needs to be replaced. I was little hesitant but since I had no other option, I agreed. I am glad I had my IPad to back up all my pictures from my phone. I took everything that was needed from the phone. The customer care executive in the store took my phone even before giving me a chance to have a look at the new phone. She quickly erased everything off of my phone and placed my SIM card in the new phone. I tried to setup the new phone in the store and felt like there is something wrong with the touch on the phone. I asked my brother to check the touch and he felt the same. I kept asking the person who was working with replacing my phone if she is replacing my phone with a new one or refurbished one but she dint say yes or no which made me feel more suspicious. I refused to take the phone and asked them to give me another piece but they did not agree for that and instead they were kind of forcing me to believe that there is nothing wrong with the touch. The service provider went and spoke to several other service providers in a very slow voice which was clearly understandable that they didn't want me to hear what they were talking. I did not like their service. They said there is nothing that they can do about it. So I took my old phone and left.
This store's service is straight trash. So disorganized, no one keeps you informed on what's goin on, you are left unattended for long periods of time. I needed to get a phone screen fixed and was said the phone would be ready at a certain time. The employee who told us the phone was not ready at the specific time said 20 minutes. Then went and helped other customers, walked to the back, then proceeded to walk out without his uniform without saying a single word. We had to ask multiple employees of the condition of the phone. If you do not actively seek help you will not get any. Total time spent was 4 1/2 hours.
I was planning on buying the iPhone7 Plus, the 256 gig model. Had a question or two, so I called the store. After working through their ridiculous "automated system", I was on hold for ten minutes waiting and listening to their crappy hold music to speak with a "specialist". I finally just hung up. Waste of my time and cell phone minutes. I guess maybe because they're at **Southpark**, inattentiveness is par for the course for them. They don't need my business, anyway.
I just got the new iPhone 7 plus and although there has been some issues with the phone, the two people I've encountered at this Apple store have been awesome. Super helpful, friendly, and understanding. Considering how well both people took care of me, and on two separate occasions, I don't think it was a coincidence. I also read some of the poor reviews, and it seems people should temper their expectations. It's an extremely busy store, and the one time I walked in without an appointment they said it could be a long wait, so I left and scheduled an appointment online, no big deal. The service members also can't fix every single issue, they're not engineers, just technicians.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service I just received at the Apple Store. After spilling liquid on my computer, I came straight to the Apple Store thinking this would be the best option, and my computer actually turned back on by the time I got to the store. I was told by the person who checked me in that they could help me. I waited for over an hour to just be told by a store associate there wasn't anything they could do but send off my computer. He told me this without even taking my computer apart. I then requested he open up the computer to at least see if there was still liquid in it- there was. I cannot believe I waited over an hour to be told they could just send off my computer, without even an offer to look inside and see if they could get some of the liquid out. I understand the computers have to be sent off to be fixed, but it is absolutely ridiculous this employee did not even offer to look at what the damage was. I will NOT be using the Apple store again.
