We went in when it was about to close.
    The staff were really helpful.
We were able to charge our apple gadgets and get all the information we needed to.

Unorganized, they just stand around trying to look busy/important. Like idk, out of the 20 staff, 5 are working, other knuckleheads walking around doing nothing,

Even if You make an appointment still have to wait 30 min. 2 stars for bruh who translated to customers language on his phone, kudos

Very busy place. But the staff is on top of getting people in the proper lines, making appointments for you while in line. Great customer service.

I should give this 4 stars but I saw too many red shirts just mulling around and not engaging customers. I witnessed a few customers having to track down a red shirt. This should not happen. Once I was seen per my appointment I was taken care of like a apple customer should. I understand its the holidays and things get hectic, but it does not take much to say hi or acknowledge a guest.

Horrible service. Long wait even with an appointment. Parking sucks. Extremely crowded.
I made an appointment to get my iPad screen repaired. I arrived on time for my appointment only to wait in a 20 minute line to check in. Upon checking in I was informed my appointment had been canceled because I was late 🤨 The staff member says don’t worry the wait isn’t that long. I tell him why I made the appointment and proceeded to wait in the designated area for about 30 minutes. A “tech” comes out, takes a look at my tablet and says they don’t fix iPads, but I can buy a refurbished one for half price. 🤦‍♀️ couldn’t have told me that to begin with. Would’ve saved me a lot of time. I was hesitant to purchase an apple product to begin with

It’s an apple shop. High quality for high prices. Consistently ok service. Better than Samsung or Microsoft stores.

Bad service. I came to Apple Store to got my phone fix. When I walked in there was a long line. I get line and the guys told me wait about an hour. I sit there over an hour no body come to ask me anything. I asked the guy how long I have to wait he said there was 3 people before me about 30 minutes. After that I came to another guy he showed me in the iPad my name kept going down and I have to wait an hour more because I didn't have appointment so it means I have to wait until they finished who have appointment. I can not stand it I asked about an appointment they put me on next week. And i told the guy I want he keep me on the waiting list today I come back when it's my turn. But I didn't receive any messages from them.

Excellent service by a vey knowledgeable and friendly apple staff.. typically one walks in expecting at least some of the staff to showcase a snooty attitude but not at this location. Highly recommend it!

Bought a MacBook Pro for a friend here. Thought it might take some time since I forgot to place the order online after I confirmed the details, but was out the door very quickly with a beautiful new laptop. Was also getting one simple accessory, which the salesman was going to have to fetch, but a nearby salesman overheard and had a spare his customer did not need, so that sped things up more. Minor detail, but the other salesman seemed to be looking out for his colleagues and for me as a customer.

The person who helped me fixing my issue was very knowledgeable.
But in general I don't like the attitude of the employees at Apple stores, for some reason they are very rude (each one of them thinks he/she is Steve Jobs!!) this is not my first time experiencing this, that's way I try avoiding the store as much as I can and buy the products from somewhere else!! I wanted to buy a cover for my laptop then I know felt I should look somewhere else!!!!!

Visited the genius bar and had the best employee help. He was quick and super friendly. Great experience, especially for an Apple store.

Didn't think it was true, I was wrong.
This Apple Store's reputation preceded itself but I ignored it. I've received great service here before, but one great experience doesn't cover the many more poor ones. They should hire from companies like Nordstrom to improve quality service. Woman named Angela introduced herself as a manager. She was not empathetic. But it's fair to say that's not her job.

This Apple store is so poorly run, it's almost funny. It's a high-traffic store that's completely disorganized, and has the feel of a Bombay 3rd world marketplace. Where are the managers who oversee a smooth retail and repair process? It takes an hour and 15 minutes to even get to talk to someone, after you've been mobbed at the door by Millenials hell bent on selling you a new phone. Someone from Apple sorely needs to manage this mad house of a store.

    Worst store ever.
If I could I would give 0 stars.

I always love Apple Stores for how they used to care about their customers, however this is not what happens at this store.
I went there to buy a new phone. The woman was in a rush the whole time with no patience at all. After the rush, I was trying to buy an extra charger, but she completely disappeared. I left the store with no charger, at the end, I can buy the charger anywhere else.
When I got home, I realized that she never gave me my old Sim Card. When I thought everything was already bad enough, I tried to call the store and the only thing that I could get was a hold and hangs ups for 30 minutes which means that it's impossible to talk to the store. My Sim Card was from another country, so I cannot simply go to somewhere and buy a new one.

I'm really disappointed with the store and I'm definitely not buying there anymore.
Perhaps not even buying with Apple again.
