Very nice, entertaining and ideal for pedestrians to hang around. However finding a spot for your car isn't very easy specially on weekends. Parking lots are somehow pricey
Long waits and very bad attention. I lost count of the number of salesreps that dealt with my order during my stay, they kept changing all the time. Really annoying.
I normally like Apple, because they have wonderful products. However in this store i experienced employees who talked mainly to each other. I could not pay for some accessories i selected because nobody wanted to service me. They stood in small groups and ignored their customers. After 20 min waiting i left. Same experience yesterday evening.
Although I hated the layout of the shop, which spiralled a feeling of being in a fish bowl with way too much fish, the photo walk was amazing. We had a great learning experience and took some great shots with the additional lenses for the iPhones.
It has always been my favorite Apple Store. But last time was better than ever! Customer service beyond expectations. Love the store, the staff and the parking lot right in front.
I had good experience over there because I called anybody in a blue t-shirt until I got served. I went there twice it spending little time.My advice i talk to a blue t-shirt right after you got in, call any blue t-shirt while waiting at the genius bar table. Don't wait for them to come to you.
Incredible operation... cash making location right here. The place looks great and if you are one to by everything apple has to offer bring your credit card they have it.
I cam into this store for some assistance with my new device. I was lucky enough to have the Store Manager Bob help me with my case, and I must say he was the most helpful apple employee I have ever worked with. I left with all my issues fixed and recommend this store to anyone seeking professional assistance with their apple products.
Really bad experience at the Miami Beach Apple Store...
I had a appointment because the touch-screen of my Iphone5 didn t work anymore. They refused to change the screen explaining that my Iphone was too old and the best thing they can do was to change the full Iphone for 269$USD. Means that all my content (pictures, contacts, notes etc...) that was not registered in my last back up would be lost. The "Genius" was super rude to me. She didn t explain anything, I felt very uncomfortable... The explanation came from the "supervisor" saying that the only option was to change the full Iphone... I left the store very disappointed and I told the story to one of my friend that advise me to go to "UbreakIfix" or an equivalent shop to try to repair it. I went there, the shop in Brickell, and they changed the screen in 30mn for 118$USD, tax included. I precise that this is not an advertising for that shop, this story is 100% true. My review is made for the people that would be in a similar situation: don t loose your time and your money, don t go to the Apple store and find a provider who can really help you to repair your Iphone.
Worst experience ever!!!! Bunch of thieves , too upset to explain my situation.. All i can say beware of the so called Genius Morons....
I can't believe this horrendous customer service. Had to wait for hours for an incompetent customer service rep that was useless. Manager gave me no option to fix my phone that I sent in to fix and an Apple technician broke even more. Had to sit in store and call Apple personally to get a senior supervisor to call the store manager. He refused to give me his name. Absolutely preposterous. Never buying an Apple product again.
The store itself it's great but the staff and the "geniuses" at sooo far away from being helpful or well trained that I'm ashamed to be an Apple fan. They couldn't help 2 of my friends when it came to problems on their laptops. At a workshop that I took part the information offered was other than the name of the workshop. I do hope they'll train them better and improve the experience. PS: if you are from a South American country you'll feel at home because most of the employees talk 90% of the time in Spanish.
This store is not only breathtaking but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Every time I visit I am greeted by so many smiling staff that truly enjoy everything Apple just like I do. My issues are always resolved so effortlessly every time I have been in. I love visiting this awesome location on the coolest road in Miami. I wish all the Apple stores has as much style as Lincoln Road.
