I have never left a store review before but I felt compelled to say how great the store is, how great the customer service is, and how helpful everyone has been. My laptop just crashed and talking to customer service was a true nightmare. Called up the store and everything was resolved better than I could have hoped for in no time at all. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
My husband I went to Clarendon today to get our phones upgraded and we had the pleasure of having Lara help us. She was able to answer all our questions and get our new phones started. My older phone was having trouble transferring data over to my new phone and Tay came over to help me. He was so patient as we tried to figure out the underlying issue and he figured it out! I would highly recommend the Apple Store in this area and will be a returning customer after the service we’ve had.
I had to bring my Macbook pro in for their technician to service it. It's been running slow lately and really to be on it. I was able to get back last night and it's running better than ever now and I'm loving it. Totally happy with the service, took a week, but totally happy.
Made an appointment yesterday for a 4 pm session. So proud of my self for coming in early and now 30 minutes later; 20 AFTER my scheduled appointmentstill no Genius. Not sure why there are several other Geniuses standing around but this is typical arrogant Apple. This is the worst of the area Apple Stores.
I had great experience with this store. I came in for a repair and they were able to get me in and out in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. This far the most quickest repair I ever encountered. I definitely will referal to all my friends.
haven't seen this level of customer service in a longtime.. they deserve all five stars and some.
My husband felt rushed out and encouraged to call Apple care instead of any help. No offer to help was evident when new Mac book pro was still sealed when we left. Other Apple stores are more personal.
Customer service is terrible. Visited the store 11/16/2017 and the girl checking in the customer was just in a rush to get you on queue. She was more concerned with putting me in the system rather than answering questions that I had. There was no line and the store wasn't busy. VERY RUDE. Will not be returning to the store. Also the security guard at the time was annoying. I don't need a guard speaking to me as if they are an Apple customer service rep.
I had a great experience here recently, and one of their specialists named Jeffrey was amazingly helpful. I had a very difficult request concerning returning 2 iPhone Xs and then rebuying then on the iPhone upgrade program with T-Mobile and he handled it with aplomb. Very nice, very knowledgeable, very effective. Perfect! Thank you Jeffrey!!
I’ve been going to this store for quite a few years and it is definitely my favorite apple store. Always a pleasant and fast experience!
Checking prices on new iPad. I have an iPad 2. Old and slow. Manager very nice. Explained which price range would suit my needs. Major expense so first time seeing my options. Manager was great!
Battery died after only 2 years. After hours on the phone with technical support, it turned out to be a hardware issue. It took forever to get an appointment at this place and even then had to wait around to drop it off. When I got the machine back, IT HAD A TOTALLY NEW PROBLEM!! After dealing with Apple tech support again (this of course involves several hours of waiting on hold, trying random things), nothing worked, so it is, indeed, a hardware issue. "Sounds like maybe someone got the wires crossed." Not what I expected from the "Genius bar," but now I know better.
Now I have to take the machine BACK IN so they can fix their mistake. But of course, when I try to call this store, I can't get through to anyone who works there. I give all my information to an Apple representative who's not even at this location but "will transfer me," and am then HUNG UP ON.
Needless to say, I'M DONE I'll be taking my machine to be repaired somewhere else and never buying another Apple product after this horrendous experience. People only pay so much money for Apple products because they're supposed to be high enough quality to not have problems for at least 3 yearsbut, if they do, people at least expect to have their issues resolved in a reasonably quick/competent manner. Neither expectation holds true anymore at Apple, so farewell.
I had a problem with my new IPhone 7. Had amazing assistance from Eric. He replaced my phone after doing various tests. He was friendly, amazingly competent, and FUN! Can't say enough positive things about my experience and how great Eric was! He can even twirl his IPad!
Walked in the store and was immediately greeted and placed in a virtual line. Was asked to wait by the computer I was interested in. Within about 15 minutes was greeted and assisted. Once a product decision was made, the computer came out of the back. Very fast and efficient. Not a bad experience at all. By the way, this was on a Saturday morning about 11 AM or so.
I had been having storage issue with my iPhone 6, and I was immediately directed to Debbie, who has worked with Apple for more than a decade. She spent an hour with me, going through each option, and she was exceptionally patient while explaining the process. I was able to gain a lot of space back and learned something about adjusting my habits to minimize how much is internally stored.
Great store. Very helpful employees and seamless checkout. I was in and out in less than 10 mins
Beautiful store. Quick, friendly and professional technical service on software problem with Mac Book Air.
The staff is very rude and unhelpful. I went there to get a new mouse and I have two $25 gifts cards that I deposited in my Apple Store account. While I am explaining this the lady turned her face like I am not there. I ended up paying for the mouse out of pocket. It is unethical for mac to force you to have an iPhone to access your in store gift cards. It is also unprofessional of their staff to refuse to access your information. I am stuck with my current computer, but definitely switching after this. I have already switched my phone to google pixel.
Apple doesn't seem to think it is unethical to restrict their users interaction to enforce apple devices or upgrade accounts. Instead of trapping your customers maybe you can build better products.
After hearing horrible customer service stories from my clients about this place I was reluctant to go in. But after having the worst day ever , my options were limited. My screen completely shattered and I had to get my phone fixed ASAP. I walked in and was greeting by a really nice gentleman. To top what was already going wrong in my day, I somehow managed to spill the remainder of my coffee all over him. I was so embarrassed and completely over the whole day and he was very very nice about the whole situation. I kept apologizing and he was very nice and reassured me that it was okay and he understood. He immediately made me feel better. I was then helped by a very nice young lady and got my phone all taken care of. All in all , my experience was GREAT. Going in I didn't know what to expect but I am very glad I chose this location!!
The customer service when you are going to buy is great however, I came to get my MacBook fix for the first time and I needed to wait for over 30 min after I checked in to be helped and only because I asked to be help. At the end. I was help but my issue wasn't resolve due to the person being busy with other customers and my computer still broken. Unfortunately, I will need to use a third party to get my computer fixed. I Harv spent enough money on Apple products and I believe this is it! Thanks Apple, you just lost a customer.
