I went into Apple today because I realized they sold me the wrong size computer sleeve to go with my MacBookPro when I purchased the computer 6 months ago. Dominque helped me and was able to make the exchange with a manager’s approval within a couple minutes. They said it was their oversight for selling me the wrong sleeve, and I really appreciate them making it right. I was prepared to purchase the new sleeve at full price, but they were nice enough to accept the exchange and resolve the issue at no additional charge to me. It’s the little things like this that will keep me coming back as a customer. Thank you Apple Aspen Grove, and thank you Dominque for taking the time to investigate what happened when you didn’t have to.

8+ years Apple customer. I7 battery went out on otherwise good phone. During battery replacement they ruined that phone but did give a replacement. In their setting up new phone, contacts did migrate properly though I have iCloud. Six trips later may have resolved the issue.

This store staff is a joke, they act like its a privilege to be their customer. So, backwards the amount of professionalism ran at this place. I had to make 3 appointments, no one ever did their job and put me in their system. On top of the store, Apple company in its self never once mentioned that the battery replacement (because of Apple, system updates slowing it down) would cost me 45.00 for them to install it. So, I got the pleasure to not only waste my time (not having scheduled me right) I got to pay for it and was treated like a child; talked down to. I was even told this was my issue, not Apples. Awesome way to represent your customers who keep you in business and a job. I would recommend not coming to this store for any help or service. In fact, I would recommend dumping Apple.

Bad quality products and even worse customer service. Been in this store on a few occasions. With that, they let me down on all these occasions. Instead of having quality customer service, they proceeded to charge me $550 on every occasion. Always pointing the finger to, guess who, the consumer. I'm done with apple

A.J. was amazing! Thank you so much for troubleshooting my Macbook and getting it to work again. I really appreciated his kindness and efforts to fix the problem and free of charge. I will definitely return to this store for future needs because of A.J. and his customer service.

Oh my goodness! I had the best appointment with a tech named Jeremy! He was super amazing multi-tasked like a bad @ss. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that all my challenges (even some I wasn’t aware of) we supported. He related well, listened, made us (me and another woman that he was helping at the same time) laugh and best of all walked us through some tedious tasks that I’m sure they do a million times a day, all with a smile on his face. So thank you Jeremy for making my appointment at the apple store worth my time & energy. You rock!

Battery failing on my 1 1/2 yr. old iPad mini 4. I took it to this store and was told I could exchange it for
another, for $99. I made an appointment for the following week. Went in and was told by the guy who came by that I'd have to buy another one for $299. I told him about the previous appointment and could tell he was getting angry. However, he provided a refurbished iPad and when I asked if I could speak to the previous genius who had helped me, he snapped "NO"! I wanted to let him know I wasn't trying to get away with something. I paid my $106 (tax incl.). He started the download, said he'd be back to check on it. Never saw him again.

In June 2017 I would have rated this store a 5 star with fast paced service and outstanding service, but today I received the worst customer service. Like I mentioned I was recently there in June to fix my phones display but unfortunately it re-cracked NOT by being dropped. I called before I drove down there and they said they would be able to help as long as I did not drop it. So, I drove down there. I was there at 1pm and did not leave until 5pm! They had no sympathy for my situation and when I talked to the manager he said because there was physical damage to the outside of my phone there was nothing he could do. OK well I have dropped my phone before and I've had it for a couple of years now of course there would be damage! and he didn't even ask me what I wanted to do. (either get it fixed or just leave it). So they walked away, I called my parents to get there opinion. I decided to just re-fix my phone I had to go back and re wait for someone to be available! Then, right before they were going to take my phone and fix it, they asked if I was 18+. I was like no, I will be in a week though. So apparently you have to be over 18 to get your phone screen fixed. I didn't know that. I was at the same store a month ago and they fixed my phone with no problem! So they went back and got the manager again and they come out and tell me that I have to have someone over 18 to sign for me. So I'm like okay but I was here a month ago for the same reason and there was no issue there! I had to drive all the way home pick up my father and drive all the back! And finally they fixed my phone.. took 2 1/2 hours but they did. Paid the full price and everything didn't offer anything to me. However, the worst part was no one (i.e. the technician or the manager) did not apologize for nothing, acted like my situation was nothing. That was the worst customer service I have every received! Never going back there again, I recommend going to the apple store in Cherry Creek where you can have a MUCH BETTER experience!

Aspen Grove Apple Store really stepped up and solved my frustration quickly, easily and thoughtfully. Kudos to Ian, Steve, Paul and Dan - and Michelle. (Leo too, even though we didn't meet him face to face) . That's what customer care is all about! Thank you!

For being one of, if not, THE best tech companies in the world..they really haven't figured out their efficiency process. You've got a bunch of smiling faces with iPads checking people in to give the illusion that they are being taken care of (okay that's sort of genius). However, when you spend 30 minutes after check-in waiting to pick your equipment up from the Genius Bar it kind of defeats the purpose. It's like driving through a fast food joint only to wait at the second window for 30 minutes for your food.
This location gets 3 stars because their employees are extremely presentable and nice. They are doing their best, they just need some process efficiency help.

I've had good luck with this store. They've made us feel more like a customer than a number. I'll continue to pick this Apple Store over any other in the area.

The store employees are so rude and disrespectful! Received a pair of Wireless Beats headphones for Christmas. They failed and returned them to Best Buy. Best Buy advised that since they are under 1 year manufacturing warranty, I needed to take them to Apple. When I arrived at the Apple Store, not only was the greeter rude, the blonde lady with glasses that eventually helped me barked at me saying that Best Buy didn't know what they were talking about and I needed to go back there. She conferred with her colleagues and she told me they were not going to be able to help me. I walked away and asked another person and he offered to make an appointment for later in the week to see if they could help. I declined and asked why they wouldn't honor the warranty and they said they don't do it unless it was purchased at Apple Store. Hogwash! What an awful experience and I would caution people from interacting with these self-righteous, condescending disrespectful people. Apple should be embarrassed to have these clowns working their “genius” bar! Buyer Beware - Lost customer!!!!

So far, thoroughly unimpressed. Trying to get in to get my phone with recurring battery problems fixed. Tried to make an on-line appointment and got into a crazy confusing loop when I tried to reschedule. Thought I'd call to make sure I came at the right time. Called the store number but got transferred to someone at a central call center. Unable to iron it out with her, she transferred me back to the store. 10 minutes after the start of the call, I got hung up on without ever talking to someone in the store. Hopefully they do a better job of finally fixing my phone once I get in there. Not holding my breath.
