Anthony’s has beautiful views of the harbor. The atmosphere is very nice as it is always well decorated and clean. This is a large place which can get loud. The food is consistently pretty good and the service good as well. If you like to eat early or like specials you would do well to make a reservation. Anthony’s is very popular with the senior crowd as they have sunset specials where you can get appetizer, dinner, and dessert for a very reasonable price.

Judy and I often visit this restaurant which, like Anthony's Hearthfire nearby is remarkably consistent and always good. Usually we enjoy a couple of drinks, steamers and salad in the lounge spending $60-$70 total including our tip; Nate is usually our served there.
Anthony's management must have an excellent selection and training program for their servers who are quite superior to most -- exactly the right balance between being solicitous and efficient.
Last night, however, for this visit, there were 12 of us, a small discussion group of which we are members, coming together with our wives/partners in Anthony's small banquet room for our annual holiday season dressy dinner, and had a truly wonderful time. By the end of our 3+ hour visit comment from all was "wonderful food and place!". Our server, David, was attentive without being obsequious. Before sitting down, the having the room gave us a chance to enjoy socialising for an hour or so, with David taking our drink orders while we chatted and enjoyed four different "small bites" that were placed on a side table for us to share; then, seated, we all ordered off the menu. The food came in a timely way and we all enjoyed it, all of which matched the various preferences including one person's special dietary requirements which were met without fuss; in some cases while taking orders David suggested a small adjustment here or there which was appreciated. We were never rushed, and the pace was just right. No one of us was a "big drinker" but we each probably averaged two drinks (some premium, I suspect), and the dinner choices ranged from top end to medium price from the menu. Including the room the bill was about $67 per person plus tip; we considered this reasonable given that the room was included; management expects (at least in this year 2017) that guests will average $50 each to get the room included "free"). For a wonderful evening with no complaints whatever, it was a bargain, we agreed.
A Big Thank You to Anthony's at Squalicum Harbor!

We ate at Anthony’s a few years ago and looked forward to another dinner there recently. We were extremely disappointed. Service was great but the food was average to below average, definitely not worth the amount charged. Our shrimp scampi was over salted, the coating on the fish from the fish and chips was full of grease and the fries had no taste. Anthony’s in the past has been known for their excellent fish & chips, but not anymore. It was overpriced for the quality received.

I was excited to celebrate my birthday with the family at Anthony’s restaurant by the bay. Everything is beautiful the waiters great, thank you. I have to say the food was just not good except the clam chowder my little had but the three others had steak and prawns they were all way over done, dry steaks :/ the prawns super saturated of oil my daughters bake potatoe wasn’t even well cooked it tasted & felt hard a few min extra in the oven would’ve been nice. My cucumber cooler drink was excellent strong but great, thanks. I have to mention I will never send food back because I’m afraid of what I’ll get back. lol The free birthday dessert 🍨 was the best of the dinner hands down. I’m sorry but if you want good services it’s great go, but if your looking for good food I know I’m not recommending it. For a $147 bill plus a 17%tip I will pick a better place next time. To be fair I give it a 3 because the service is good and if your looking for clam chowder it’s delicious.

Our number one choice for happy hour. Good drink prices, Manila Clams with a side of sourdough bread is our top choice. Bar burger is good too. You can order off the dinner menu at the bar and we often do.
Dave and Nate, our favorite bartenders, make it all happen with flair and humor.

We have going here since they opened this location and have never been disappointed by the food or service.

Anthony's is always a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Some locations are better than others. This one seemed to have it going on. Had their fresh, in season, peach daiquiri and it was large, not overly sweet, well blended and had a fresh peachy taste to it. Garnished with a fresh slice of peach that was perfectsolid but sweet! I had an appetizer of mixed steamed clams and Penn cove mussels (you have to request that!) which were perfectly cleaned and steamed. The broth was flavorful which had chunks of garlic and lemon that was AMAZING when soaked up with fresh warm crusty bread. I finished with their seafood salad that had tons of fresh oregon shrimp and large chunks of crab legs. Salad was very lightly dressed and the rest of the salad ingredients (crumbled egg, baby heirloom tomatoes, avacado) shined as a result. The sun was setting while I ate dinner so it was a great dinner. Service was a little spotty and overheard another table say they didn't care for their meal so it's not a perfect 5. I have had a few misses in the past (steak at a seafood placeprobably was asking for that!) but on the while I generally feel you'll get a solid meal. You will pay for it thoughgood food and location, location, location.

This was my first visit to Anthony's but it won't be my last. We had a girlfriends day and loved every minute of it. There were 4 of us. Each of us ordered something different and no one was disappointed. We went for lunch, and there were lots of things on the menu to choose from. It was a perfect sky-blue sunny day and the harbor setting was stunning. A little out of the way, but well worth taking the time to find.

It was busy took 55 min before we got our main course. The poor server had a large group in the small dining room plus a least 3 tables that I saw. I can understand the delay under the circumstances. But it cost me 98.00 and I would have expected a little better service. If our food had sat under the lights another 5 min.it would have been stone cold. To top it off the group wanted separate checks. The night manager should have stepped in and helped. The server took over to ring everyone up. No More Friday nights for me.

Great experience. I did Seafood Fettuccine. Fantastic. First person to greet our table was K. She brought drinks with a genuine smile. We all noticed she was best of service. She should be server. Everyone was busy. Still, great food, location and value.

Consistently good food. Not super creative but always done extremely well. I am a salmon snob and they cook their salmon perfectly. They're bier blanc sauce is excellent.

Some of the food seems like things I could make (or maybe even have made) at home, but the service I've experienced was worth 5 stars!

Loved this Anthony's! I was dreading going because I have had both positive & negative experiences with different Anthony's restaurants. We have a larger than most family (9 people) & made a reservation. They were so kind & welcoming to us! The waiter was GREAT taking time to bring a gluten free menu for one of our daughter's & giving us tips about other places to purchase gluten free. The food was great! I had the crab toast & it tasted so fresh - not a hint of fishiness to it - something I am picky about. The view was beautiful! & the restrooms were really clean & each had its own sink which was a surprise. I would not hesitate to come again next time. It was a really lovely experience!
