  Service was horrible, food was served late. When it did arrive it was not tasty. Orders were mixed up. I don't think I will be going back there.

  Burger was awesome. Owner (I'm assuming) was very attentive. He came to our table carrying some liquor he seemed very proud of and poured my wife and I shots on the house. He also saw we didn't have bread with out muscles and ran to the kitchen to get us some saying how we must dip it in the sauce.
  
  Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommended.

  Calling this establishment a “diner” is deragatory! This is a food “emporium” featuring a wonderful seating layout, excellent food choices and a happy staff (which speaks volumes about how the place is managed). There is also an upstairs venue for parties. Service is quick and on-point (even when busy). You’ll also note that there is always a crowd here (the telltale sign that a place is good). Go and enjoy!

  We just returned from an engagement party at Annadale, and a good time was had by all. The facility was well appointed, comfortable, and immaculate - and the food was on par with the previous. Thank you, Annadale!!!

  The food is high quality, the scenery is very nice when eating outside. Waiters sometimes forget to check up on you or a side, but still very good :)

  When Annadale Terrace opened after the beloved Annadale Diner closed, I was extremely disappointed with the service and the food. But my latest experience was much better.
  
  Our server was very friendly and prompt, the food was very good. I like that my coffee cup was always getting filled, and the ice water was served in glass instead of plastic and had no funny tap taste.
  
  Four stars only because there weren't enough umbrellas in the outdoor area and I got sunburned!

  I will start by saying that I do miss the smaller, more intimate Annadale Diner.
  With that said, this new building is beautiful.
  I will preface that you need to be diligent when requesting a table. Three times before I have been passed over by other patrons, because the hostess had forgotten us. Not very cool when Staten Island has so many choices.
  I did return for lunch recently with a friend and it was a pleasant experience overall
