This dealership has amazing salespeople but our guy Carlos went the extra mile. My husband and I tried so hard elsewhere with no luck..but Andy Mohr KIA came thru! Very customer oriented and friendly and great with assisted animals☺ We got a beautiful car and thank you to all the staff and management staff for everything!

I had a wonderful experience when I was at Andy Mohr Kia the staff was nice and treated me very well. Lorraine Brown went above and beyond her scope of duty for her job to get me a very good deal. The environment over all was very pleasant. I would recommend if your are looking for a new vehicle Lorraine Brown and Todd in financial is who you should ask for.

Given our situation the process did take longer than expected however were able to put us in a car we could afford with a great monthly price! We definitely hope to come back for another Kia!

I always come to the dealership to service both of my Kia's and have used Cameron Cook as my service advisor every single time. My husband and I really feel that his recommendations are right in line to what needs done on the vehicles and that he isn't trying to add extras unneeded items in like most dealerships do!!! We will be back for service in a couple weeks on our other vehicle and are sure to receive the same excellent service we have grown accustomed to!!!

As someone who personally likes to shop without disturbance, and who usually finds a salesman at the end when I'm ready to purchase only, I had a great experience with Carlos as my salesperson. I came in to look at one car and ended up having him show me several as I couldn't make up my mind. He was very patient and helpful through the whole process. If shopping at Andy Mohr Kia, be sure to request Carlos as your salesperson as he will do everything in his power to ensure you are a happy customer from stepping onto the lot until you leave. Highly recommended!

Went to high school with Carlos, he is very sociable and has a great attitude. He doesn't beat around the bushes when it comes to selling cars. I haven't personally needed to buy one off of him yet, but I've went in with my friend. He is a straight shooter and doesn't like to waste your time. Sometimes it's better to hear you can or can't afford something to help bring you to the right vehicle and in the budget. We all want the nicest car on the lot, but every one has a budget and that's what he is there to help you find. He is worth a solid 5 so check him out!

Awesome service department!! Ryan and his team went above and beyond to assist me. I drove in to Indy from TX, had a few lights come on. They got me an appointment at 8am the day I arrived. Serviced my car in under an hour had hot Starbucks coffee and Panera bread pastries while waiting. They never pushed extra services. I have to say I am highly impressed with this Kia location.. The Customer Service is by far one of the best I have ever experienced..

First and foremost.. we love our KIA However the after sales service has been very disappointing. We left items in our trade in, and have been waiting over a week for their return. We have called several times, with not returned calls. We even text our sales rep again no reply. This is our second purchase from an Andy Mohr dealership, pretty sure it will be our last.

Let me start by saying that I very rarely write a review good or bad but my latest experience with Andy Mohr kia wasn't going all th at well. This is my 3rd or 4th vehicle from this auto group. I had a lot of questions due to discrepancies with what I paid for and what I was receiving on a very expensive vehicle. I went to one of the group's service departments and let's just I wasn't treated in a Andy Mohr type of way that I was used to. It ultimately came down to a mistake in my warranty paperwork. I was upset to say the least. So I called The Andy Mohr kia store where I bought my vehicle and was transferred to a very pleasant young lady named Madison Carey. It was at this point the great part of my Andy Mohr experience began. I explained to her what I had just went through and she told me that she would check it out (no I didn't believe her). But she looked into the situation and yes she called me back and sent me back to the service department where I received a refund. AND!! She informed me what happened and how we needed to fix my problem. She worked with me over a few weeks to get everything straightened out. And the end result is she helped me get it right she was always pleasant and helpful even when I wasn't. So I'd like to personally thank Ms Carey for all of her hard work and understanding even when I wasn't very understanding. Now I'm ok with Andy Mohr kia again.

Thought I had been dealing with a respectable company, now I'm not too sure. I purchased a 99 Taurus a little over a month ago and was told that it had been given an inspection to ensure it was a safe and reliable vehicle, told the electrical and mechanical we're great and that other than some minor rust on the fenders the body was good as well. Well here I am a bit later and find out the entire fram is rusted out, so much so that one of the only two bolts remaining holding the engine in busted and nearly caused me to crash. The mechanic says there is no way they could have overlooked such bad rust, they had to have known and chose to lie about it. The past that pisses me off the most is how dangerous the vehicle actually is and how lucky my family is we were not harmed. Will not be going back and will not.be recommending them to anyone. This is completely insane.
