Go ahead and keep on complaining about price. That's how these family owned companies go out of business!! These corporations will own AMERICA soon!! It takes money to keep a farm going! Did someone get their "Jimmy Choo's" dirty? This is a farm. Make sure you wear your rubber boots especially in the spring. Or your COWBOY BOOTS! LMAO! I love you guys!! Keep doing what your doing. There are people that love you and get it. Don't sweat the small stuff. They are mindless and can't see the big picture. I would hate to go into a WALMART flooded with germs and did you see the bathrooms? Compared to a farm any day!! I have an immune disease and no farm ever did to me what WALMART and these diseased stores have!! GIVE ME THE OPEN AIR AND NATURAL GROCERIES!! Especially buying in America is important to me!! My family came here from other countries and I am proud to call this my home land!! Respect what you have right in front of you!! AND NO.. I DON"T HAVE A DOG running in the POLITICS game!! Oh yes. It's not a petting zoo. IT IS A FARM that belongs to someone else. Its not a Zoo or a Walmart!! It's a farm and it's run like a farm!! Take a moment and talk to the owner!! She is beyond sweet & kind!! She takes in horses that have seen better days. So her horses are horses that are retired and have no where to go. Why don't you donate and help her feed those horses instead of reporting false information that may be taken as slander!! The horses I saw were in great shape! What most people don't realize is if you report falsely it can be taken as such. Be careful when reporting things. You want to have your facts straight! Instead of trying to bring someone harm. Talk to them and tell them what you are thinking or if you have some suggestions is one thing. To be nasty and cruel and report false things on the internet trying to be secret reporter or a critic. Take a look at all before doing so. Then also take a look at your own glass house before throwing stones!! What people may see of you may not be so nice. Be kinder everyone and stop thinking you have the right to speak badly about someone before you know what the hell your speaking about!! BTW. Honey helps your immune system among other things!! I researched honey all through the surrounding area. ANDERSON FARM HAS THE BEST HONEY EVER!!! I WILL EAT NONE OTHER THAN THEIR PRODUCT!!

They have animals including cats and dogs in tiny outdoor cages without room to run! I don't know how they are allowed to stay in business. Went once and left sad. Do not go here and give them your money. They need to be shut down and those animal need to be taken from them.

Used to come here many years ago and decided we could not take looking at how neglected the animals are! Looked sadder every year!!! Also the area where they serve hot chocolate is so dirty we decided not to have any. They should give their animals to someone who cares and do a huge cleanup! We got a tree that was dried out and needles falling early and the year before sacks of bugs came off the tree about 2 weeks after we got it!!! That was awful. Not going back for sooo many reasons! Neglectful and dirty.

This place is horrible!!! If you don't like animals this is the place to go I took my grandkids and my granddaughter that loves animals she was in tears because there was an injured horse and the poor animal was in really bad shape I also felt so sad when I saw the poor cows inside that ugly stable, in which men were drinking fresh milk and poring alcohol inside the cups wile kids were right there just watching them drink!!.. Then we went to the restaurant I couldn't belive how dirty it was on the entrance so we thought the inside was the same, we just turned around and left worried for the animals in ther so sad!! First and last time never again horrible experience

The trees were only ok. They look like they aren't well cared for, definitely not trimmed or shaped. They don't keep the grounds trimmed well so walking through weeds and tall grass is a pain in the ass. But the worst part isn't the trees, it's the sad animals living in horrible conditions. I'm a veterinary technician who has owned large and small animals my entire life and am disgusted at the conditions. Junk and trash all over. What is the point of them being there? Poor things. I would definitely never go back.

The inside extremely was dirty. I wouldn't let the kids touch the sink to wash their hands; it really was that bad. There were cigarette butts lining the inside of the fire pit inside the "shed". So given what these people consider okay to let you see, I wouldn't drink the free hot cocoa. The container may have not been cleaned since last season.
I agree with the previous postthe animals look horribly sad! Most of them walking around in a foot of stinky mud. I grew up w/horses. Our barn &/or pens NEVER looked like that. It's pure neglect. The uncontrollable wild cat population wanted me to call SPCA as well.
When you purchase a tree from there, make sure that you get a guarantee. Last year, we bought a tree from there & the needles start falling off by mid-week after it was completely decorated. (And yes, it had plenty of fresh water.). I called the owner to speak about getting a replacement tree. She said that the only way this could happen was if I loaded up the tree & drove it over there for proof. Seriously? Finally after days of correspondence, two emailed photos & one video of us shaking the half dead tree did they agree to give us a new one w/o making us return the old one.

It smelled like sewage. The animals looked like they wanted to die and it made me want to call a humane society. The bathroom was unclean and decided not to use it. Tree's were untrimed and look like they weren't cared for. I wish I never went. 0 of of infinity.

This place was overpriced ($9/ft) and the trees were not very nice looking. I understand is in town and might cost more, but the trees were not worth it. We were carted into the field on the slowest golf cart (we could've walked faster) and then we were followed around by a somewhat creepy guy with a saw. It was hard to know where to go or what to do and we couldn't tell who actually worked there. The petting zoo animals looked sad and made me want to call the ASPCA.

We take the kids there to look at all the animals - no charge for this and it is like a small zoo. We bring cut up apples for the horses and a couple marshmallows for the cute stinky critters (can't remember what they are.) The owner is a really nice lady and takes the kids around on her golf cart. Look for mama cat, who is their ancient farm kitty. Anderson's has fresh-picked produce in the summer which is delicious and flowers, trees and shrubs for sale. Very beautiful there on crisp Fall days. Have never cut a Christmas tree there; they look a little small - but that would probably be fun. I think they host bonfire parties, too.
