We bought a house with a generator and knew absolutely nothing about it. We tried a few places before finding Anderson Power- they were the only ones who actually showed up to our appointment.
The service was extremely fast, and knowing nothing about generators we just had to trust the tech. The second service call we didn’t even see them.
Then, Hurricane Z hit ATL. 600K+ without power. US INCLUDED. The generator was not working. Anderson Power was at our house within 12 hours and had it running in 5 minutes. The tech didn’t leave though, he stayed and taught us how to troubleshoot if it happened again. (Turns out we had too much plugged in for our unit.)
So. Anderson Power showed up! Both for maintenance and most importantly when we actually needed to use it!
We’re going on 24 hours of being the only house on the street with a refrigerator. That is priceless!

Let me tell y'all something! I am sooo excited right now cause my Generac generator is here! I called this company in 2017 after Hurricane Irma knocked out our power for a week, got an estimate, then dragged my feet and didn't get it. Fast forward to 2020 and the Corona Apocalypsethe power went out for a whole day in March without a single raindrop in sight!🙄 Well needless to say, I was on the phone calling companies the next day. Several companies came to give me an estimate and quoted $3-4k more than Anderson. Ironically, Dustin was the sales representative that came out in 2017. Dustin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He assessed my needs, evaluated my home, and discussed the best size option for my home to support all areas that I want to operate. Eric, Aaron and Eli installed my generator today and I am more than impressed. Eric is the lead technician and he was awesom! Eric explained everything they would be doing for the installation. After installation he went into detail about the unit, the parts, and did a demonstration. They were neat and meticulous with the placement of the unit and box. Faith (account rep) has been so patient with mecause I have been calling just about every other week making sure the generator had been shipped and ready for install. Everybody that has answered that phone when I call have been more than pleasant and professional. This company has been nothing less than professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dustin, Eric, Aaron, Eli, and Faith thank you for your outstanding service. Anderson Power Services is indeed a superior company that will meet your power service needs.

UPDATE: Mr Anderson made the effort to correct the previous mistakes, and was very honest in his responses. I have not had the occasion to utilize the b/up generator; however based on Mr Anderson's professionalism, I am certain that he will stand behind his product.

The sales staff recommended that i go to ACE hardware for parts for my 35KW generator. Not helpful at all. These girls probably should be working for ACE hardware in the tool section or the interior decorating section. Would not recommend to a friend.
