This place is not open to the public. It is a wholesale outlet. Disappointed to be told this after having hunted out an entrance. Should make this clear on its website.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL UNFRIEDNLY RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF!!!!

This place is a total nightmare. Parking is horrible, I got food poisning, and employees are in NO WAY willing to help youwhen it comes to ANYTHING. Don't bother asking or calling anyone for questions. They'll just make you feel stupid and tell you they cant help you. Not even give you advice or tips.

I registered my company for the mart this January and our company has two owners. After I registered myself online, it wouldn't let me register the other owner. I called the Customer Relations line and a guy answered explaining to me that I had to have a business card with his name on it and a business license with his name on it, but not for me? I didn't want to do that because if its not necessary for me, why is it necessary for him? I asked if a document off SunBiz was ok and he said no. NO? That's official proof that he is one of the owners, what more do you need? I asked to speak with some one else and he put HIMSELF back on disguising himself as a FEMALE. Voice was completely the same. I told him that I was speaking to the same person and asked to speak with someone else and he intentionally whispered into the phone"Omg, this lady is ridiculous. She thinks she's talking to the same person. In no way will I try to help her or give her to someone different." Then.got back on the phone to act as someone ELSE!!! I meanhe disguised himself first as Jim, then Jane, then James. I mean, he NEVER even put me on hold to get someone new! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I have NEVER in my LIFE associated with such an unprofessional, RUDE, company. Who CLEARLY said he was not WILLING TO HELP ME. Has totally turned me off and has made me NOT want to attend the martand has made me want to tell every company I come in contact with how incredibly distasteful this company is. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS REGISTER THE OTHER OWNER, HAVE A GOOD TIME AT THE MART, AND SPEND MONEEYYYYYYYYY. But their customer relations employee has completely changed that. I will go down saying bad things about them and will make it my mission to do so!!!!!!
