As a nurse practitioner I cannot say enough about how amazing the Americare Hospice team is. The communication and professionalism is what sets them apart from the many other hospice companies in Arizona. Highly recommend this company.

Americare took care of my stepdad Michael R. It was top notch service! The nurse was wonderful and kept in touch with me throughout the whole experience. I was nervous about giving the comfort meds and they walked me through every step and provided education so I knew what I was doing and felt comfortable with it. They made sure I had the correct equipment I needed even before I needed it! The CNA was a amazing and showed me how to give a bed bath and change sheets and kept me stocked in supplies. The Chaplain and bereavement coordinator were there for us and provided support and even ordered a big print bible for him and talked to him about his fear of dying. The social worker was wonderful as well and provided emotional support. Americare treats you like your part of their family and this makes them stand apart from other hospices. Triage was also amazing and when I called triage staff was right there helping me and came as soon as my stepdad died. The Catholic mission coordinator kept in contact with me as well and before I even came on service to help guide me and make sure he qualified. God bless you Americare.

I have worked with this Catholic hospice company for over 11 years and can attest to the fact we always strive to serve our patients and families well. It is a true blessing to have hospice support in the greater Phoenix area that respects and cares for patients' lives until a natural death, recognizing the physical and spiritual needs at such a precious time.

My husband is under the wonderful care of Americare. Words cannot fully describe their 24/7 compassion and outstanding care. Most of all, they are like a beautiful loving family that I am now surrounded by. I feel so blessed to have them in my life.

Hi! Your company helped my family with my father in law who passed yesterday. I have to pass along what AMAZING and talented individuals you employ. Andrea, Claudia and Annette has been true angels and have guided my family in every single step of the process. When you have each of them in the room, they make you feel as if your family is the only family they attend to. Their flexibility, professionalism and expertise in this field is truly remarkable.
