Jacobo and Alberto arrived promptly on time. They immediately started going to work. First, they put down plastic to protect the carpet then removed the old windows. They answered all my questions professionally. After the installation of the new windows, they removed all the trash. My new windows are gorgeous. I would definitely recommend American Vision Windows for any new or replacement window installation.

We had our windows installed today with our install crew being lead by Hector Lopez and the rest of his hard working team consisting of Luis, Weston, Matthew, Zach, Victor, Christian, Jacob, Alberto. They showed up promptly and looked professionally dressed and very organized. Our install consisted of a lot of windows to be replaced and they did an awesome job. My house was prepared by covering as much as they could cover with plastic and when finished it was cleaned up inside and out! From setting our sales appointment to the our measuring to our install it was all above my expectations fantastic job by all and a special thanks to Hector and team we will be referring business your way!

We are having the hottest day of the year, today! Our beautiful windows were installed a couple months ago by a very professional and pleasant crew. We just used a heat gun to measure the outside temperature of our window that is receiving full sun. We got a reading of 155 degrees. We then measured that same window from the insidegot a reading of 90 degrees. That is an amazing temperature split. These windows are not only beautiful but work exceptionally well at blocking the heat out! Great Job, great quality, American Vision Windows. We are customers for life.

I could not be more impressed with this company. I had sliding patio doors installed yesterday and they are beautiful and top quality. The price was very competitive. Julian and Tom were polite, friendly and very professional. My salesman Jerry was informative about different options without being high pressure. I highly recommend them.

We got our full house redone with American Vision Windows over the sun of a couple years and we have been so pleased with their pricing, their service, their team, and the windows. We have fun working with them every time they come out quote and measure, and their installation teams are professional, thorough, and give great results. We do pay a little more for their windows but with an older house in the desert, the energy savings and the custom options are worth every penny. Their warranty is also fantastic. We'll be calling them back for future door projects.

I had their windows installed on my house. They are sturdy and thick. My biggest disappointment is the window's huge vinyl trim. They make my windows look small and was expecting a sleek look. Wish I had known this, especially paying their premium price tag.

At the Pima County Home Show in Tucson, Arizona this past weekend, one of their reps set up an appointment with me for an estimate on a possible door and window replacement on my townhouse. They were supposed to arrive the following Thursday at 12:00 (noon); after waiting over 30 minutes, they were a "No Show!" This is unacceptable!! A business Needs to be Reliable!! That is, if there's a specific appointment time, somebody has to show up at that time!!! A person needs to be able to "trust" a company's "word"--they need to Be there and On Time!! I will NOT hire these people and will tell others to take their business elsewhere.

Every day I am thankful that I have this wonderful sliding glass door from American Vision Windows. Rather than roll as I thought it would, it seems to quietly and smoothly glide. It is amazing and wonderful.

Wow! What a difference new windows make. I woke up in the night last night and the house was so quiet. It just felt differently. Sealed and secure. And the windows are beautiful. Our entire experience with this company was fantastic from the first appointment with Rod setting up the project to the person who came out to measure to our install techs Robert and Joe who were professional and courteous and so efficient. When they first put a window in, I went into the room to see it and it was not finished so I didn't know what to think. They took the time to stop installing the next window to come back and completely finish the first window so I could be excited. I could tell they were crestfallen that I wasn't more excited and it showed such pride in their company to make sure I was as happy and excited as I could be. 11 windows and one beautiful french patio door later, both my husband and myself are thrilled!!!

We had two windows and a door installed yesterday by American Vision Windows. The crew (led by Ivan) arrived on time and began by setting down tarps and covering nearby areas in plastic. They were efficient, clean, professional and respectful in their work. We love the new windows and door, big improvements over the old ones. We'd recommend American Vision Windows to anyone!!

We had decided that the Anlin windows would best fit our needs. Once the windows arrived, our installers came and did a wonderful job of carefully installing the windows and sliding doors. Numerous times during the install, we were asked if we had any questions about the process; they were very thorough and we're helpful in answering any questions that we had. We highly recommend American Vision, the product, and the service.

Left a bad taste in my mouth scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done on my home, and they never showed up. They did not even call me to reschedule, they just simply did not show up and it made me lose all confidence in this company.

Where else can you find a company who sells such a large variety of window & door products; such as vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, Clad, wood and more?! Right here!! Not married to one brand, which make their pitch all about what's best for "my home"! Highly recommend having AVW come out to give you a free estimate and install your new windowsor doors!

The salesperson was knowledgeable and covered everything in detail. The management kept us well informed throughout the entire custom manufacturing and scheduling process. The installers were right on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, made sure we understood all the features of our doors and windows, and even were able to finish the installation in half the time they originally quoted. Everything about this experience from the first phone call through the installation was seamless and avoided any possible source of frustration altogether. This company demonstrates exceptional customer service.

I just replaced the windows on my 1979 ranch home which were poorly needed. American Vision Windows gave me a very high quality product and installation at a price lower than I expected. The salesman was very easy going and worked with me to get a price that I was comfortable with. I went with the Arizona package which has made a huge difference in the comfort level inside our home. They were great at communicating and everything happened when they said said it would. The install team was clean, courteous, and professional. The lifetime warranty on the product and installation gives me great peace of mind knowing that this wasn't only an upgrade to my home but also an investment into my future as I plan on living here for a very long time. I highly recommend AVW for all of your window and door needs!
