Matt with Crystal arrived on-time at our house. He checked the blower system on the furnace and replaced the filter. Performed checks on the outside AC unit and although it was not very dirty, he cleaned it anyway. Appreciated that :) Matt went over all of the points of the inspection and answered any questions we had. Nice job Matt and thanks for the details of your findings even though the system is running okay. We know what to watch for to make sure it continues to run properly this summer.

Cory and Mason did an awesome job! Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Cory answered all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Aside from the great job installing the HVAC system, they were kind enough to help me do a couple things I couldn't do by myself. I knew they were good guys as soon as my pug and chihuahua darted out the door to greet them. I can't say enough good things about Cory and Mason. Thanks guys!

Crystal Heating and AC were very easy to work with, and beat out 2 other quotes. Ron, a service tech, did a thorough job assessing our old AC system, but let us know that we'd ultimately benefit from a new unit. Brad, the estimator, was very patient with all of our questions and was clearly very knowledgeable about HVAC and AC installation. Martin and Jason did a great job with the install. They had great communication, showed up on time, and did a clean install that looked a lot more professional than our previous AC unit.

Darren H. has serviced our heating and cooling system for many years. He has always been right on time, helpful in answering any questions we might have, and very professional in his work, as well as always smiling and friendly. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, for us he is a 10. Thank you.
That was a review I left in the past, and it still holds true. Both technicians arrived this morning and took care of the problem in a very timely fashion. And, as always, they explained everything and were very courteous and professional.
April 9. 2021. Darren just left here after a service call, and as always, was efficient, friendly, and professional. I really appreciate the fact that he has been our technician for many years, so he's a familiar face with whom we can feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him and his work.
May 9th, 2022. Darren was here a short time ago to check our air conditioning system and as always, it was a pleasure to see him. He is always punctual and friendly and we feel very comfortable with him as he has serviced our heating and cooling system for many years. On a scale with 10 being the highest, he would definitely earn a 10.
