  One star for the polite repairman, One star for coming when they said they would come. That's it. Charged $280 for a service call to Stone, Ky, a 20 minute drive. At house for less than an hour.

  We use American Heating and Cooling for all our service and they just installed a new Carrier heat pump. Awesome company and I highly recommend. Call Kyle if you ever need HVAC work. Great guy and very honest.

  American Heating and Cooling team members were very fast and professional at installing my new unit. John Stephens was one of the guys who did my install and he was really friendly. He let me know how much longer the installation would take and him & his team member stuck around to make sure everything worked properly and to answer any questions I had.

  Called this morning and service guy was here in the afternoon. Very professional, explained everything he was doing. Would recommend!!
