We received horrible service. Nothing but problems from the start like not being able to get our bill straightened out. It was dramatically different every month and was finally told after months of trying to get it fixed that he (Jeff) couldn't do anything else to figure out the billing problem and we should just go to another company. Then after we cancelled we received a small refund check but then a couple days later received a large bill. This couldn't be explained to us and told we just had to pay it. Then they hardly waited anytime and sent us to a collection agency. This has been the absolute worse agent I have ever dealt with.
