Service was great. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Room was clean. Wi-Fi was terrible though, 4g was way better.

Not many places in Rhinelander to stay so this was chosen by default for a stay for a wake and funeral. Nice enough with friendly staff and a good breakfast including Belgium waffles, hot eggs, etc. Rooms mostly clean with bathrooms just dated but all completely functional!

Excellent service, I got a hand written note from room service. They gave me a breakfast bag for the next morning because we started work before the hot breakfast the next day. Good Job guys!!

Nice place to stay with friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Belgium waffles, eggs, and bacon for the free breakfast was nice! Highly recommended ood you're in the Rhinelander area.

Since i can't give this hotel a negative rating it gets a one star. I came into the hotel looking for a room the parking lot looked empty, the front desk agent was so incredibly rude and the price was too high for me. i went to the quality inn next door and had the best experience i could've ever imagined.

Rude, cold staff and rooms are way to expensive. This is a bodunk hotel in a small northwoods town, it isnt the marriott.

Very clean hotel! Rooms were very clean and we liked how there were 2 sinks. One in with the toilet and shower and one just outside of the bathroom door. Very convienent when you have multiple people getting ready at once. Breakfast was very good as well.

Staff was super nice i messed up and scheduled check in for wrong day. They fixed it over the phone with ease and pleasantly. The room was super clean and bed was comfortable with plenty of quality pillows. Breakfast was great and there is a nice paved walking trail. Exceeded my expectations. Great place to stay would do it again.

Wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I requested an early check in and a roll away bed, and when I stopped by 2½ hours before check in to see where things were, they were completely ready for me. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be returning when I'm staying in the area.
