The customer service here is great, the rates are reasonable and everyone is friendly. The pool is nice and they have a great breakfast included. Our go-to hotel in Merrill

Room was very clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was great but unable to use shower without flooding the floor. Staff was awesome! Will absolutely stay there whenever we are in the area.

Great value, clean and well lit rooms. Very comfortable beds and nice amenities. I didn't use the pool but my mom and her cousin said it was a very nice temperature, and it's open until midnight. The breakfast had a decent variety (waffles, eggs and sausage, yogurt hot and cold cereal and local bakery items) and the coffee was good. Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Pillows are slightly uncomfortable, but the free WiFi is good. I also like the free cookies at the front desk.

I've stayed at this hotel and also attended a shower there. Staff has been polite and helpful. The hotel itself is modestly appointed but clean, comfortable and quiet. This is much more than you can say for many hotels in this class. There is a pool, adequate free parking, continental breakfast and a nice common area. It's located conveniently right off the highway. I'm not sure what else you could want in a hotel like this. Fully recommended.

We stopped because we were exhausted after driving in a blizzard. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and we had a lovely rest in our clean and comfortable room.
