Id give negative stars. Been here several times since moved here year ago. Today needed to be seen they turned me away claiming I didn't pay my bill last time which was months ago. Never have I just walked out of a dr without paying!!!- how would i of got my prescription paper to take to pharmacy if I just bounced??? I'll never be back after I fight this unreal situation. Never even received this "unpaid bill" in the mail either!

Do not send your college student here unless they want to be patronized and sent home with no relief for ailments. Not worth the wait time or money.

The wait times can be LONG. Signing in on a piece of paper every time is tedious. The office and exam rooms are always very clean. The PA’s, nurse practitioners and staff are all very friendly and helpful

Fiancé was incredibly sick. Called and was told that they only had 6 slots left open for the day so we hustled and got there in 5 minutes.
When we got there (noon) we were told that they were all full for the day (3 people in the lobby) and that the doctor had told them to cut it off. Guess he wanted to get off early for the day; screw the patients ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Went yesterday for a broken ankle and had a pretty good experience for an urgent care on a Sunday (the only reason why I’m giving this place two stars instead of one). However, I went back today to get a prescription for a temporary handicap permit and a copy of my X-rays and have never been so dismissed. I told them I needed the prescription and was trying to describe it in detail (OSU was very specific with what I needed to have, and when I went yesterday they didn’t know what OSU wanted). I got interrupted by a blonde woman with an attitude (didn’t get her name) and was told to go sit down before I even got to ask about my X-rays. Of course, it was overcrowded and there was no where to sit, so I said I would stand and wait by the desk (not blocking the area, just beside the window). She came out of the office and made a big scene about someone moving so I could sit down. I have never been so embarrassed or offended by someone who’s job entails customer service and bedside manner.
