Cool place to go and jump around and have fun. It gets very busy on weekends and later in day. So, if you want to miss the crowd go on a week day earlier in the day.

Went in the morning with our grandson. Really nice place, clean, helpful staff. Good fun. Not crowded. Perfect for the little ones to run and jump.

Kids love this place. Reasonable prices for entry or parties. Parties run pretty smoothly but sometimes the party help disappears a little too long and you can't find them when you need something.

We had my daughters birthday party here two months ago, and have been here numerous times to jump for an hour or so. The staff has always been friendly. My kids love jumping here, and I like taking them. It wears them out, and get to relax the rest of the day!

Was absolutely amazing! The staff were big helps, very friendly, and well organized. It made throwing a birthday for my 4 year old a breeze to deal with. They handled everything, will for sure be taking my daughter back again and again

My kids love this place ! We have been for birthday parties and toddler time. My oldest loves coming on Friday nights with his friends. I feel safe dropping him off.

Fun place ! We attended a couple of birthday parties here. One was during the summer holidays, the other was in the dead of winter. It was so much less crowded on a regular weekday Monday. Would definitely recommend going on a weekday. It's kind of awesome to have those giant trampolines all to yourself. Friday is teen night, it's full of high energy teenagers. Not then, definitely.

It's a lot of fun, kids have a great place, the only problem we had was that we were having a birthday party and the pizza they provide was extremely late. They can't give you more time at your table if that happens because they have another birthday lined up right after you. So that really was a bit of a big deal.
Other than the pizza everything else was great and the kids had an amazing time.

The place was nice. The employees were nice. The place was super busy. The line moved pretty quickly. My teenager didn't enjoy it is much as she could have because there were so many small children that were not being guided or instructed and they were inconsiderate of others. They would cut in line, wouldn't get out of the pit, were literally jumping on top of each other, and my teenager finally gave up on getting a chance. It was significant. I was disappointed that an employee never stepped in to correct the issue.

Horrible Experience! I had a birthday party at the one in Cedar hill,TX
I paid Way to much $ for the service i received. Everything and everyone was out of control. There was way to many people, it was extremely crowded. I Do not recommend this place for a birthday party not even for a weekend of fun.

SO MUCH FUN! Fun for kids, and parents alike! We visited to attend a birthday party, and it was an absolute blast. Lots of jump and play time. And they pulled the littles (age 4 and 5) in for dodge ball. Kind of an early age to play, so was hoping there was something more relevant to their age group. Regardless, they had fun playing ball (which really was "catch"), and goofing off.

The party itself was well organized, but primarily run by the parents. The meal and cake time didn't seem to be monitored by a staff member, so they might not run the whole party if that's what you're looking for. Best to call and confirm, as I'm not entirely sure how this works there. As a parent of a child attending a party, you also get a wristband, which means you get to jump too!

I can't complain, the whole experience was super fun, and we are antsy to head back. Lots to do and lots to keep the kids busy with. Even our 20 month old had a blast!

We went for toddler time, but on a day all kids were out of school. It was a mad house, but a blast! The kids had a great time and didn't have to wait much to do whatever they wanted. The rock wall was a huge hit with my boys! We will be back often and soon!
