I love Domino's 🍕. It's such a shame this level of service represents them in Calexico. They frequently have online ordering issues, incorrect orders, bad service, and are unable to meet their projected time target. Last week I placed an order. I asked for 2 handmade 🍕 s (a specialty of theirs). I arrived to pick up 2 standard 🍕 s. When I told the employee I had ordered handmade 🍕 s his response was "all of our 🍕 s are handmade." Needless to say I did not expect the 🍕 to be prepared my R2D2. I only wanted the specialty handmade 🍕. Way to go Calexico Domino's.

I called to make a pizza delivery and right off the bat the worker was rude. He started of by saying no you can get this it's too expensive or too big get this instead. I am the customer I will get what I want to get thank you for your input but that is not the way to make a recommendation to a customer. He was confusing and rude I wasn't sure how to react I was in shock by hearing him tell me what I can or can not do. He acted like everything was a joke. Last time I will ever make an order here. Rather drive over to El Centro then be spoken to in this way. I hope management or someone high up the ranks in Domino's sees this it's unacceptable! I myself work for a big retail company and would never treat any customer this way. Terrible service! Worst customer service I have EVER received!
