I feel this place has integrity issue because they have not disclosed almost tripling everyones water, sewage and trash bill. Then they treat long term residences like they dont matter.

Managementstaff has no clue. Maintenence is aweful. They take forever to address the smallest item.I moved into a fully refurbished apartment. There were nails sticking out of wood. No handles on closet doors. Tub knobs didn't work, Shower door would not close, A/C didn't & heater didn't work.
The walls are the thinnest I've ever seen in my life. I could hear my neighbors having a regular conversation through my bedroom walls as if I was in their apartment. It seems management does everything in their power not to address problems. If you move here you WILL be very unhappy. I broke my lease to to leave ASAP and the place was so bad they didn't even think about challenging my early departure. Advice in a nutshellDON'T DO IT!!!

I lived here and had little to no issues. The granite counters are great, and the neighborhood is good to walk at night. Yes, it is expensive, but these are luxury style apartments compared to other places in town.
