While the food here is good compared to the other Indian restaurants in the Miami - these guys are REALLY SLOW to deliver your orders. For the best experience, order BEFORE you leave for the restaurant so that your meal will be ready within 10 minutes of arriving here. They literally take 20 minutes per dish to bring the food out.
Lastly, spicy here is really spicy (unlike Bombay Darbar, Ashoka) so be prepared for it.response / report this review -

This place is a hidden gem in Coral Gables. The food was authentic, fresh, and tasty. Would highly recommend anyone looking for great Indian food to give it a try, especially the tandoori naan and butter chicken!

There was no sign that the restaurant was closed. We reached at 2:15 pm from Miami airport to a restaurant which closes at about 3 pm and the reataurant person told us it was closed. They need to update their restaurant hours so that they dont waste time and effort of people.

Eating at Mint Leaf was absolutely horrible. It took one hour to get our appetizers, which were bland, bland, and bland, and it took another three to get our entrees which were also bland and were way too small Afterwards, it took three-quarters of an hour to get our dessert, which was (get ready for it) also bland. All in all, the service was horrible along with the food. Do not eat here.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is very fresh and authentic!! On my list every time I visit Coral Gables!
