This hospital already has late hours and they still took in my kitty after hours to get emergency treatment. He normally hates the vets office but the staff was very understanding, handled the cat well and made the him feel as comfortable as possible. The prices were very reasonable and the visit was quick. It is clear that this staff has a true passion for animals. We were extremely impressed by our visit and would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. We are now driving the extra distance to have all of our pets taken care of there.

Saturday night my Tiny had a emergency. The type where surgery was necessary to save her life. Not only did they save her life, they treated her and us with kindness and respect. They told me her chances and actually how sick she was. Not only did they save her life. They spoiled her for two days in recovering there. And this morning we received a call to make sure she is doing OK on her first night home. Dr. Martinez and the staff is amazing.

Such a wonderful place to take your pets! The entire staff is amazing, but I really have to call out Dr. Sobrino! I felt I was at a dead end with any kind of treatment for my disabled cat, Luna. She has been in and out of vet's offices only for me to be told her behavior is because she has a deformity and she is just crazy. Dr. Sobrino took the time to come up with solutions for Luna's behavior and now she is no longer peeing behind the couch or chewing her hair off. Dr. Sobrino found a way to ease her muscle pain (due to her handicap & deformity) and spent the time with Luna and me to show us massage techniques and treatment options to ease Luna's pain. Thank you, Dr. Sobrino and staff! You are awesome! When I thought there were no other options, you opened my eyes to a whole bunch of options and gave me hope for my little Luna. :D

They are open late and very very helpful. When several other vets refused to see me because their schedules were to full and the emergency clinics wanted $100 just to walk in I thought I had nowhere to turn. When we called this place we realized this will be our new vet. Very friendly, not out to rob you only help your pets. I give them 5 stars and trust them fully with my pets. Thanks for the great job you guys! Oh and that Ricky Carroll Surfboard hanging up is amazing ;)

These people are awesome! From the girls who answered the phones to the nurses and the doctors are top notch! They are pricey but always felt we were getting the best care for our babies. They were especially kind and caring when we had let our Bruiser cross the Rainbow Bridge. Highly recommend!

2 months ago I took my chicken Blue in, she was attacked by a hawk and we rushed there, nearly getting into a accident on the way. We ran in, and the lady at the front desk spent 5 MINUTES getting our name and contact information. She wasted SO much time on what was CLEARLY a emergency, asking "oh, and how do you spell that? Blu? or Blue?" I was ready to scream at her! another actually helpful employee and saw the situation, and rushed blue in to the ICU. They put her on oxygen, and pain killers. Then billed us 500 dollars. FOR DOING NEXT TO NOTHING. They sent us home with some ANTIBIOTICS, meanwhile blue was PANTING from damage done to her throat and neck, GASPING for air and they ignored it like it was nothing, and sent her home all smiles. The next morning, SHE DIED IN MY HOME. MY FAVORITE BEAUTIFUL BIRD IS DEAD. The staff at Aloha sent my chicken HOME in CRITICAL CONDITION, inciting she would make a FULL RECOVERY. I gave her her meds, I mashed up her food, I kept her hydrated, and I found her literally BELLY UP. With her beautiful legs splayed in the air. My kids LOVED this bird, yet they sent her home with MAJOR damage done that DR. PEPEN ignored. Then they called, and asked how she was doing. I replayed, "she died". The lady said "oh I'm so sorry to hear that" and hung up on me. She just hanged up! A full MONTH later they sent a 25 cent "So sorry for your loss" card. This DR. PEPEN is the worst vet I have EVER been to. My beautiful Blue is dead. I don't blame them, I blame the hawk. I blame them for OVERCHARGING, SCAMMING ME INTO PAYING, and FAILING TO REALIZE THIS BIRD"S THROAT WAS DAMAGED. Do not go here. You will regret it. R.I.P Blue. I love you.

They do a fabulous job pampering our cat. She comes back looking good as new with a bandana.
The vet prices are a bit high.

I took my very sick bunny into them on Sunday morning, and they had him in their pet ICU for two days, and he seems to be doing great so far. The Doctors and techs did a wonderful job, and they truly are there 24/7. I called twice at 1 AM to check on him, and they answered, alert, and gave me a great status update.. They did a great job, and I highly recommend them..

I had an after hours emergency with my dog. My regular vet was closed but Aloha welcomed us with open arms. Their staff is so nice, professional and understanding. They answered all my questions and even have someone on staff all night long so I could check in to see how my animal was doing after surgery at 3am.

This is a beautiful facility that can do it all.
