After I was in an auto accident and had contacted local authorities I then immediately called Mrs. McKnight. Within minutes after calling her a tow truck showed up (which she had called in for me as I was a blubering mess). When I made it to her office to fill out a claim she first helped me get the mascara off that was running down me face and then walked me through my claims process. After the claim was complete, which again took just minutes, I quickly had a rental ready thereafter. THANK YOU
