The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because we had difficulty with time scheduling and not getting follow ups.
We purchased a new AC system and was very pleased with the installers ( Bobby and Anthony) they were very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, took their time and explained everything. They worked late hours to make sure the job was done in a reasonable length of time.
When we had the A/C Duct Cleaned afterwards and again the only problem was scheduling. However, when the tech (Brandon) did come he was very pleasant and explained to us what he was doing.
We really are enjoying the new system.
Again a big thanks to Bobby, Anthony and Brandon.
They were awesome.

I had my Ac worked on by Glen I Jones on July 6 freon had leaked out over the past 4 years of running due to a missing gasket on the high pressure line the tech removed the panel to check for more leaks found known But didn't notice that there was no piston in the unit behind his washer so upon charging the system and running it the high pressure line was shaking real bad he said it was due to the unit working real hard after he replaced the panel and one week of running a small capillary was now in contact with the coil tube and because there was no piston in the unit the lines where shaking real bad not because the unit was working real hard but because there was no piston to regulate the flow of freon and upon putting the panel back on and not checking that the capillary tubes where not touching any part of the unit..a hole ruptured in one of the lines.. The tech from cooks air found the problem right away repaired the tube. Put in a piston vacuumed and charged the unit check again for leaks and that no lines were in contact with the coilI am so glad I called cooks air.. I'm new to the area and didn't know who to call for my Ac.. But the tech Bobby Is a very professional tech Very proud of what he does ,takes pride in his work I would recommend cooks air to anyone with an Ac check up or repair.. Very polite honest and professional,.. The last company would not make good on there mistake. In fact was very rude on the phone when I told them the unit had quit working and cost me $920 for a week of Ac Thank you cooks air.. And Bobby I will recommend you and your company to everyone I know Thanks again

I need to let everyone know how happy l am with Cook's air conditioner. Last night my air went out. You can imagine how hot the house was. One phone call and they were here. Very polite and friendly. Did there job fast and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Will never call anyone else. Thank you.

Paid nearly 20k for an a/c and solar system back in August 2016. Got the A/C but no solar while they got our money. They told us 8-10 weeks and now it's May 2017. We couldn't get them to call us back. Only told us was it would be after the new year. That's not what was promised or agreed upon. This company took our money but failed to deliver. I've already let the BBB. Cook himself called me a few months ago and said our problems would be fixed quickly. BS!!!

Update:
After threatening a law suit and complaining to every agency who would listen, Cook's finally sent someone out to install the solar system. Keeping this in perspective we purchased this system last August (2016) and as of May 10, 2017 we still don't have solar power. In addition we've twice had to call for repair service on this brand new A/C unit. Their tech showed up after the first call of a problem with the A/C and discovered a leak. He said the original installer did a poor job. Rather than fix the leak because it was time to go home, he merely charged the unit so it would cool the house and said someone would be out the following week. This is a violation of USC 18 I later discovered. I'm waiting on a call back from the EPA now. Cook's calls my wife and says someone will be out the following week between 11am and 1pm. They show up at 2pm after i've left to run an errand and the receptionist has the audacity to make it sound as if it's our fault. The tech called at 2:17 and of course no one was here because he was late. We had to wait several more days to get the unit repaired only for the repairs not to work. Yesterday 5/9/17 a different tech came out and he came inside and ran tests as well as outside. This tech found it odd the first tech never stepped foot in the house stating, "how could he access and fix the issues without coming inside?" To recap: 20k solar system not operational 9 months after purchase and a brand new AC unit continually having issues. This company has very poor customer service and does not honor their word, work, or agreements based on our experiences. I may be deploying soon as a service member and I now have to worry about this as an additional issue. Cook himself called me a few months ago and said this would be fixed quickly. All that has happened is they put some solar panels on our property. Going to the states attorney general and my attorney next!

Well, they were fast. At the house on Friday afternoon for a diagnostic. Sad it say, it was a major repair on a fairly new unit. Called on Monday morning and they had the part in and were ready to install. The scheduler at the office answered all my questions.

I want to say how fast cooks got out to my house when my AC went out. I also want to say what good people they are for helping me with my problems very quickly. I will recommend them with their fast service and always keeping their word with their customers. Thanks guys
