Would recommend to anyone looking to rent. We rented chairs for our wedding as well as cake pans. The service is super friendly and they were super kind and didn't charge us extra when I was late bringing the cake pans back.

We recently rented from All Star Rental. Things were wonderful & easy the first time. The second time there were some complications. The equipment become unavailable just before we arrived to get it. We were really on a time crunch & had to stay within a budget. They found us equipment at another store & brought it to theirs so that we had what we needed. They made calls & had it at their location for us to pick up. When we got it to our work site we found that we could not use it. We were so frustrated but it was to late because they had closed. The next morning they quickly made it right. They gave us better equipment for the same price & let us keep it some extra time to make up for the loss of time & travel. We are very impressed and will use them and recommend them. They were professional & bent over backwards. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & EQUIPMENT. Thank you!!!

I rented floor sanding tools to finish my new hardwood floors. The service was wonderful and the equipment was clean and worked great. I will definitely rent from them again!

The prices and variety of rental services was impressive. They have everything from table center pieces to heavy construction equipment. The staff was friendly enough though I encountered an older woman who was not. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would return.

Not sure what my wife is renting from this place but that's beside the point anyway. A lady called MY house this morning without identifying who she was affiliated with and asked to speak to my wife. When I informed her that she was not home, she asked if I could have her call "us" back between 8-4pm tomorrow. I asked who "us" was and she rudely stated Allstar rental "like I said in the beginning"! How rude! I let her know that she did not identify who they were and she rudely stated, "well, just have her call please!" and hung up on me! I called back and proceeded to let her know how incredibly rude it was to hang up on a customer and I let her know that perhaps I can take care of whatever she needed. Her reply was "well she owes us $253 dollars before the weekend" The most awful experience I've ever had dealing with a business. Customer service is HORRIBLE!

We rented a horse trailer, which was a great price, and a great trailer. The customer service was top notch and they even stayed after business hours so we could make it there to pick the trailer up.
