  Liked the thin crust, pizza sauce didn't have a very strong taste of tomato, was tasty yet different. Different doesn't mean bad, just different.

  I first came here seeking something different other then fast food. I was not disappointed! It's now one of my preferred places at the Dam! Just don't park in front of the SNAFU bar. The owner really dislikes that.

  Alley Cats is a bar and restaurant on the Bagnell Dam Strip at the Lake of the Ozarks. It was recommended by friends.
  
  It was a disappointment-except for the salads.
  
  We stopped in for lunch and ordered two Bloody Mary's. They were the worst Bloody Mary's we have ever had. They were practically clear as if they were mostly water. Virtually flavorless. My friend could not even drink hers.
  
  We had heard raves about the pizza from a number of people, so we ordered a pie. Although the pizza looked good when it arrived, it failed to deliver. Lack of flavor was the problem. It tasted okay, but was very bland. Really bland.
  
  We each also ordered a salad with their house dressing. The salads were, by far, the high point of the meal. They looked good, were crisp and full of flavor. Thumbs up on the salads!
  
  Alley Cats has a great location. It's a cozy spot with indoor and outdoor seating. But the pizza, during our visit, was just okay.

  It's not a bad place to eat. Neat and clean. The server we had was fast and accurate with our order. Not a big selection of menu items.
