Quiet and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and the price couldn't be beat! There's a restaurant in the parking lot that serves pizza and subs. It does close at 8pm. The inn is across the street from a gas station that does have a convenience store inside as well.
It was comfortable, clean even if the bathroom felt a bit small, it served its purpose!

Quaint little hotel nestled in Sparta with super friendly service. Free WiFi and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our bed was nice and firm, one of those most comfortable I've had in a hotel, and there's an in-room coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.

Was glad that we were able to use the Alleghany fitness center as part of our room package. Convenience of JB'S restaurant in the parking lot. Rooms are small but have the essentials. Staff is friendly. No iron or ironing board in the room, but I'm sure the office probably had one.

Nice, quiet place with really great service, reasonable rates and clean rooms. The only drawback is that the bathrooms are a very tight fit!

Nice place. Clean rooms and well kept. I am most impressed with the owners, I am to understand they help local families out with free lodging during tragedies i.e. fire in the home, etc. etc. Kudos to your generous and giving hearts

The rooms are sufficient; random perk: amazing soap which is a refreshing surprise compared to all other hotel chains. There is no breakfast, but the town has plenty of options. There is no gym, but you are allowed to go to the Wellness Center in town for free. This hotel is a GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE. TV channels are many and there is a mini fridge and microwave. Most stores in town close early so be sure to get around before 6 pm. Sparta is less than half an hour away from a great hiking area as well.

A great Mountain Motel to stay one night or one week. The Manager/owner was more than accommodating; 1st class person. The employees are over the top trying to take care of your needs. The cleaning ladies go the extra mile to insure clean cleans rooms. I highly recommend this Jewel.
