  Great local professional and knowledgeable. I was hunting for my first house with my wife, we both work remotely so we need quite a nice neighborhood. Communication with Alla was GREAT we set up an appointment through Zoom she explain how is buying process work in Florida and what challenges can appear when you hunting for specific houses. She sent us a listing with special requirements from our side. It's taken us a week and we finally found a couple we are interested in. She gives us 2 virtual tours and 2 in person. When we decided on one she Inspects the house and help us even save $7700.
  If you are seriously trying to buy a house quickly she is the Right Person!

  Alla has helped purchase our home recently, she made the whole process painless and quick even though we were from out of state. We engaged Alla while still remote and she was very helpful in sending us relevant listings and setting appointments ahead of our visit, always being responsive and easy to reach on the phone. When making the offer, she did a great job negotiation with the selling agent, getting us a great price. We are planning to recommend Alla to all our friends.

  I just completed my 15th transaction with Alla! She makes things so easy- and fun when purchasing or selling your home. I use her to find a great deal for me, then I remodel a house and she sells it for me for a profit. She always was able to help me to pick a right property for me. She price my houses right and sells them quickly. I also trust her to help me to manage my rental houses. I say she is a right realtor! I will use Alla for all my future transactions and recommend her to all my friends and family.
