All States remodeled our bathroom, and we were so happy with the whole experience. Jim is so professional but very friendly. He came right over, I told him what I wanted, and he said I would get whatever I want. Michael did the whole bathroom by himself. He was awesome. He is such a hard worker, professional and takes pride in his work. He was actually nice to have around. Jim would call and come by to make sure I was happy with everything. I don't have a single complaint. I love my new bathroom! So I have already called Jim to have him come by and give us an estimate on my husband's bathroom. When anyone says they need something done I tell them to call All States!

We had a master bathroom remodel and new front door installation. We had to have some walls removed and new ones installed as well as plumbing and vents moved. Micheal was very organized and did high quality work on the bathroom. We are very pleased with the completed job. Additionally, the front door install was very professional and they provided an airtight fit. We are very pleased with everything they did.

From the start, All States was wonderful to work with. We had windows, doors, and siding replaced. They were the only ones who new city codes specific to our needs and were able to address those in the original quote. They were willing to work around our time schedule. The workers were kind, quick, and efficient. The work was high quality and left our home much better than before! The level of personal attention and care will bring us back to them if a need ever arises again! Well done!

All States Home Improvement completed removal and installation on 16 windows, 2 exterior doors, and a storm door in our home. They were extremely professional and detailed with discussion of the work being done from start to end; setting expectations with us and working to understand everything we wanted done so they could make sure we were satisfied.

The installation team was great to work with and brought any minor changes or additional work to our attention and discussed it before moving forward. It was clear to see they take pride in their work and stand behind their product.

I kind of assumed I wouldn't hear much from the salesperson after we signed the contract and set the installation time frame but they were checking in throughout the installation, making sure everything was going to plan, as well as following up after the installation to do a walk-through and address any questions or concerns.

From start to finish, All States Home Improvement was extremely professional and customer focused.

All States Home Improvement installed a roof and screened in our deck. They were able to provide us exactly what we were looking for at a price that fit our budget. Jim Keeter was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed all through the project.

The crew who performed the installation were also very professional, kept us up on any problems they encountered and provided us with solutions to choose from.

The quality of the components is very high, as was the workmanship, both of which, exceed our expectations.

The end results complement our home and we are looking forward to warmer weather, so we can begin enjoying our deck. We highly recommend All States Home Improvement as being an excellent choice for any home improvement project.

All States Exteriors has put new siding, windows, a roof , new guttering and gutter covers on my home. Everyone from the intial contact person to the post project walk through has been professional and courteous. Their work is superb and I definitely recommend them.

I needed my fascia and guttering replaced. I received several quotes. I decided to go with All State because of the professionalism of its staff. Everyone I dealt with seems to know what they were doing; they showed up as expected, did a great job and cleaned up. You can’t be disappointed when you get the service you hope for and expect. I probably could have gotten to job done for less money, but I am not sure I would have received the quality I received from All State.

We have had 3 windows installed in the last 6 months. Our experiences have been excellent for all of them. I suggest finding a retired painter to paint around the new windows. We are in our 70's and have found it difficult to find the right equipment to do the job. This could be an option to your older customer.

Excellent workmanship and cleanup after the job. Calls from both the regional supervisor and the home office to make sure we are satisfied as well as offered a follow-up visit for a walk-through. I would definitely recommend All States Exteriors.

Great service! We were a bit hesitant to spend the amount they quoted for new siding, but our old wooden siding was rotting and terrible. The installation happened quickly (both in the amount of time it took to start, and the time necessary to reside). The staff was professional and courteous. Though there were a few times when I was patted on the head and my concerns were nodded away. Until my husband repeated them and suddenly they were valid. But that's pretty typical in a lot of industries, so I don't hold it against All States.
Overall, it looks like a brand new house, which is kind of what we were going for!

We were so pleased with All States Exteriors work when we had new siding and a new roof installed in the summer of 2016. When a hail storm struck our neighborhood on March 6, 2017, we did not hesitate to call All States again. Getting the repairs completed was more complicated when working through our insurance company, but despite some adjustments that had to be completed, our home is back in tip-top shape. We are very pleased.

I am purchasing a home and called to get proof that this company replaced the roof in 6/2014. They refused to give me a paid invoice. My realtor then tried to call them as this type of request is typically not a problem. We both spoke with Debbie who was incredibly rude. It's safe to say even if I have an issue I will be calling any other roofing company to complete repairs. I will be encouraging anyone who asks to do the same. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a smart business model to alienate young home buyers.

Stead clear of this company, unless you want no sense of urgency or prioritization and no returned calls. Roof leak was looked at and they tried to caulk, but made it worse. The reason I'm writing this is because on three occasions, over the course of two weeks, this company said they would return my call at a specific time and I never heard from them. When I called they answered, but had excuses each time for not returning my call. This is a noticeable trend with roofing contractors in Wichita. Go to someone who at least returns calls and does what they say.

If this happens to you file a complaint with BBB and write a review on google so others do not waste their time. Companies similar to this do NOT deserve your hard earned money.

We have recently completed our windows and doors replacements with Soft Lite vinyl windows, a Therma Tru fiberglass entry door and Soft Lite Kingsroyal vinyl sliding patio door. The quality of these products and their installation is exceptional. The management and employees did everything they could to see that I have a quality product professionally installed. I believe this has been the best and most rewarding project of this kind that I've experienced. I'm sure that my energy costs are lower and home comfort enhanced. We highly recommend All States for window and door needs.

Jeff was professional, kind, and did a great job ensuring our job was completed to our satisfaction. Mitch and his son were professional, kind, and completed the installation to our satisfaction. We bought a 15 year old house 4 years ago and realized recently that the siding and deck required replacement. We were mostly uneducated on siding and did a lot of research. After talking to multiple contractors, we wandered into Allstates Exteriors and talked with Daryn, who helped us logically step through different siding options and also through the choices for a new deck. Since my wife and I are both very technical people, it was refreshing to have that logical explanation of our options and the technical reasons behind different siding/decking technologies. We chose to go with the James Hardy Cement board siding and a composite deck with aluminum railing. The installation was very fast once it got started (which took a few weeks due to the company backlog of work. I wasn't sure what to expect with timing, but they gave us an expected completion window at the time of the quote). The deck took about 4 days and the siding took 2. Daryn recommended a painter who took 3 days and did an excellent caulking and paint job. Overall I am impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the company and its partners. I felt that we were working with experienced people who paid attention to details. The finished product feels solid and looks great. The siding price was below that of the other bids we received and the deck was at equivalent pricing to other quotes. I would certainly recommend giving this group a try next time you remodel.
