I was taking my vehicles to the original car dealership for my maintenance because it is what made sense to consolidate the records and ensure the service is done correctly. I spoke with Jim about an older used car car that I bought cash for work. I was impressed with the honesty and ability to keep the work car on the road with the minimum it required rather than being sold the "full meal deal". I asked Jim about new vehicles that are still on warranty and his routine with new vehicles. All Seasons Automotive has over 15 years of "dealership" experience with just the own Jim Neff alone. We reviewed my records and quickly realized I was being soaked by the dealership for my maintenance on my newer vehicles. So I am not going to spend less on maintenance and will not compromise my warranty. Don't be afraid to ask for tires either Was able to beat the big box stores. I hope this helps you with this local business in North Liberty Iowa.
Had an issue 2 other establishments could not identify or readily rectify. Took it to All Seasons, and they were able definitively identify and subsequently rectify what turned out to be a relatively minor issue.
Very impressed!
Quick turnaround, good communication. They inspected the car completely, showed me the parts they replaced and talked me out of replacing some items that weren't justified at the time. Very honest!
I always get my oil changed and any service I neeed at All Seasons. I like dropping my car off in the morning and knowing it will be ready when I am to pick it up. They always call me first if they see a service or repair I need before they do it. No hype either. Straight forward information with recommendations of what I need now and what can wait. I'll be back.
Excellent service & work was completed on time, as promised. All Season's knows my car better than I do! I don't hesitate bringing my car here & fully recommend All Season's to anyone.
I went in seven minutes before they closed on a Friday afternoon with a dead battery. I had never been there before, but they were happy to take care of me. Everyone was friendly and smiling and seemed like they truly cared. I highly recommend All Seasons!
We have been using All Seasons for a few years now bringing them quite a few challenges along with standard car care requests and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we know all of the options as well as work with us on unique situations. They are straight shooters and I highly recommend them!
Just recently took my 2009 Toyota RAV 4 in for a lube, oil and filter change, plus a check up prior to a trip. The service work was done properly, efficiently, and everything was documented for my records, including reminders for future maintenance. I have taken my vehicle to Four Seasons Automotive for the entire time I have owned it. I highly recommend them.
Jim and staff take the time to know their customer, that is important to me. Being able to trust your mechanic has a lot of value. People look to them to take care of their car so in turn they are taking care of the driver and the passengers so that they are safe on the roads!! Thanks for taking care of our family!
Very friendly and easy to work with. Fair prices and quick appointments. Will definitely be a return customer.
Great service. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and honest. Would definitely recommend.
Smart mechanics. Thorough and detailed workmanship. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
Love working with people feel free to stop down and see me at the front desk.
I originally chose All Seasons based from their reviews. Ilwhat a bad idea that was. I Took my 86 f250 here because I had a oil leak. Had them check it over and do some preventive maintenance which happened to be a transmission filter replacement. When I received the truck back it was still leaking some fluid somewhere, so I called sent an email requesting they double check their work. Brought it in, and they claimed their work was solid and it was coming from another spot in the engine.. Prior being told everything checked out, and doing the extra preventive. He didn't have an answer besides sorry.
The truck just sits at home which is where I work. I use it to pick up lumber about 4 times a month, so no heavy use.. I set a pan under it to stop oil getting in the driveway, and guess what? It's leaking transmission fluid, not motor oil. Great. The preventive work I had done turned into it causing a problem.
It's mechanics like these guys who give the industry a bad wrap. Now I'm out $500 with a problem that I paid extra to have you do "just in case".
