  We suffered a large pipe leak in our foundation that flooded the first floor of our home and consequently, our walls too. It seemed like everyone I called was backlogged weeks and we have 2 little ones crawling around. We were referred to All Nations and they came that same night to start the water mitigation process. They were very friendly and professional. Within 1 week they did the demo and completed the drying. They cleaned up well and ensured to secure EVERYTHING. Between the plumbers coming in to fix the leak, All Nations, Chris, Eric and their team were flexible and able to make it all happen smoothly. I hope this never happens to anyone, but I’m glad I was able to use All Nations. I read/heard about horror stories from a lot of other companies, and that made me nervous because its my house and family. When it came to billing, they were more than accommodating to work with me and my insurance company. I cant say enough about how they were able to go above and beyond to work with. I would definitely recommend them from my experience.

  We chose All Nation Restoration because of all the great reviews. Here’s my take…
  
  Pros: responsive, professional, good customer service
  
  Cons:
  - lack of knowledge and experience by the techs and project manager
  - the techs were young and it seemed like they were recently trained (but they were nice and polite)
  - super expensive!! (Shocked at how much they charged our insurance!) So if you’re paying out of pocket, look elsewhere!
  - they removed all the cabinet toe kicks even though none of it was damaged
  - they damaged our tile with the tools they used to remove the toe kicks

  Highly recommend. I spoke with the owner. He explained over the phone what he thought my situation might entail. He had someone come quickly. Bryan was polite and attentive and did a fantastic job. I will definitely call All Nation Restoration in the future. I trust them and recommend that you call them to see if they can help you with your problem.

  A pipe burst in my apartment causing it to flood around 430 in the morning. I called 10 minutes later and the employees from All Nation Restoration were able to come within 30 minutes, saving our whole apartment. They were so helpful, kind, and very reassuring! Huge thanks to Will, Bryan, Grant, Rob, Chris, and Zach for helping me and my roommates out so much this morning! Have no idea what would’ve happened had we not called. Seriously so grateful and I highly recommend going through this company! Amazing people!

  All Nations Restoration was the best service I ever had. These guys are awesome!! Very polite and definitely a people person. I appreciate all of them for the help they provided me in getting my jammed storage door opened and re arrangements of some of the furniture so that this wouldn't happen again. I most definitely recommend their services. 5 stars is underrated. ********************************* ❤️❤️❤️❤️😊
