We've been a loyal customers and went with the silver plan on both are dogs. I have an older dog that we have to continually bring in over and over because she's getting old and things are going bad. Tonight my wife was able to make an appointment at 6:40 p.m. which they said they only had one doctor on call and we would end up waiting quite a while. I got there at 6:58 and they proceeded to tell me there was going to be an additional $50 emergency fee which has never been charged in the past. As we walked in they were like oh it's spot again. There's been times I've had appointments at 6:15 and had to wait until 7 before they could even get me in. They are all about money, charging for anything they possibly can. My other dog is on allergy medication and they make me schedule an appointment every time we need a refill. If I could pick negative Stars I would. I've been too many vets and owned many many dogs. Fosterd over 50 and through all my appointments I've never been treated like this. I would definitely recommend looking for a different vet then looking here. Very disappointed I feel their best interest is not in the health of the dog.

I have entrusted the veterinarians at All Creatures Animal Hospital with the care of all my pets since 1999. Very good with all types of animals furry, feathered, and scaly plus more. Always caring and compassionate.

They are so friendly and do a wonderful job with their animals. Their care plans for pets are amazing as well. Pro tip. Buy something at Kroger so you can get 50% off of their sign up fees for getting the wellness plan. It's on the back of the receipt. I save so much money for awesome care.

One of the best vets in the area, with specialists focusing on everything with fur, feathers, or scales. Friendly, courteous staff. Incredibly pleased with All Creatures.

Well, the first visit we had was great, they took care of our baby. But we went in a week later for a checkup and waited in the room for over an hour. We never even saw the doctor. After losing an hour of our time, we just left. Apparently they forgot about usso, needless to say, I'm not certain I'll be back with our other dog if we're just going to be forgotten about.

This is the main location for All Creatures. Dr. Dan is my vet and he has taken care of my cats and ferrets. Great guy, very honest and knowledgeable. I always recommend him to others.

My dog received vaccines here and he was fine for the first 24 hours then he began to vomit, diarrhea and became lethargic. I called the vet office and they said to bring him back in. When I got there Dr Meaken and the assistant immediately did a parvo test. About 10 minutes later Dr Meaken comes back in and says that my dog tested positive for parvo. I said “are you sure it’s not just a reaction to the vaccines because he was perfectly fine before the vaccines”. He disagreed and assured me that it was parvo. The estimate was around 1,000 dollars for about 3 to 4 days of my dog staying there.

Both the assistant and Dr Meaken were being rather aggressive about me leaving my dog with there. He was talking about money and she was raising her voice about how the test was a strong positive. I just had a bad feeling about their whole approach, so I mentioned that I wanted to get a second opinion. Then his assistant got an attitude and told me that it did not matter where I take him he there going to say the same thing. They were really pressuring me! I stepped out in the hall to make a call, while my daughter stayed in the room with our dog. I could hear them in the exam room saying that we were making Dr Meaken late and he said he was not even going at this point. They said it in a tone, as if they were trying to make us feel bad. It was so unprofessional!

I ended up leaving with my dog after paying a 140.00 bill. The next morning my dog felt better and was acting somewhat normal. By the 3rd day he was acting lethargic again, so I took him to a vet office that my co worker suggested. They did a parvo test that came back negative, but this vet suggested 2nd parvo test because sometimes you can get a false negative or positive. He suggested that my dog stay overnight. The next day they did another parvo test and blood work. The 2nd parvo test came back negative too. This vet thought maybe he was just sensitive to the vaccines. Remember I tried suggesting that to Dr Meaken who disagreed with me.

Even if Dr Meaken did truly get a positive on that parvo test, I don’t understand why he did not want to do another parvo test. With the way they were acting (all about money and a lot of it) I did not trust what they were saying. I just had a really bad vibe and I am so glad I chose to leave with my dog.

One last thing about Dr Meakens office, the exam room had every different shade of dog hair in it and a blood splat on the floor about an inch long. The other vet office I visited was not like that at all.

Incompetent, rude vets. Prices are outrageous, they don't care about the animals, just money. They charged me for services I've never received. They've made my dogs sick, one got toe nail fungus, after having her nails clipped there. Instead of trying to work these problems out, they want to argue.

Prices could be more affordable, also the tech told my teenage daughter to put cleaner and cotton pads inside my dogs ear canal to clean, should not have done this, this is why we come to the vet.

Very professional, kind and caring throughout the process, from diagnosis through Mightus' journey across the rainbow bridge a few weeks later to a sympathy card arriving a week after. This was my first experience having to put a furbuddy down, and although it was a devastating blow to our family, All Creatures did everything in a professional and courteous manner to ease our grief. I would highly recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital for all your pet needs.

Update; again the staff is amazing. Spoke to the front desk to a girl named Tommi (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she went FAR AND ABOVE what a normal person would be willing to do! She was awesome. Great help!

The Facility is nice, clean, well lit. The staff were friendly and seemed to care strongly about the animals they register. However the vets seemed frustrated, short, and really didn't seem to care one way or another. With that being said, I would like to note that this could have been due to being over worked, or maybe case load too heavy.
