0 stars! Found a short hair in my chorizo and eggs. I talked to the cashier and showed it to her on my plate. The cashier told the 2 chefs in spanish (i speak spanish too) that what should she do in this situation and the female chef told her (in spanish) for her to just pull the hair out and give me the plate back. The second chef must have seen my upset face because he spoke shortly after saying that its ok he will just make a new one for me. When I finally got my new plate guess what I found. Another f'n hair. The whole batch must have been contaminated!! We just stood up and walked out. There was no sense wasting my energy educating these workers on the health codes they were violating. They didn't seem to want to be there at all. Disgusting!
Worst food ever!bad service, cooks sneezing openly in the kitchen around food..All staff was playing around with each other and using very foul language around customers.I literally lost my appetite.I will not be returning to this location!Very unprofessional staff even for a fast food place.
Great food and excellent service. I felt like I was in Mexico because everything was authentic
Creamy dreamy refried beans with LARD (XO) Killer hot sauce and simply the best taco shop on cst,hwy Oceanside! Enjoy
No option for 0 Stars the carne asada has no flavor whatsoever. I ate there a long time ago and remember I didn't like it went back again years later and remembered why I didn't go back in the first place.
Good stuff. Delicious food. Open late
Food is good, even though the cook was having a bad day. I guess everyone has one right!! Issues with parking. The place is small but overall people are nice. I would give it another try.
Awesome food with good prices, the staff were super helpful with the menu items
Was SUPER HUNGRY WANTED FOOD ASAP IT FILLED THE VOID.
Ordered a carne asada burrito with plain guacamole only. I even asked the girl if she got my order right and she said yes. Anyhow, I drove two blocks down to the beach and my when I unwrapped my burrito it had onion, tomatoe and meat was cold. Burrito went straight to the trash.
The shrimp quesadilla - The consistency of the cheese was chewy and strange; it didn't melt properly. Perhaps too many chemicals? Or old? The shrimp was fine; overcooked. The worst part was the 1/4 cup of yellow oil sitting on the bottom of the Styrofoam package. I have never seen that at any other taco shop.
The carnitas burrito - It was disappointing, filled with chunks of fat. It barely had any meat, and the meat that it did have was flavorless, cold, and fatty, which coated my mouth with a very greasy feeling.
I recommend driving less than 10 minutes away for something else!
Kinda pricey, but, Cali burritos with bacon Sometimes you have to treat yourself.
