Excellent customer service, outstanding product choices, and fabulous installation experience.

Purchased the Marvin Ultimate casement windows for our home. We received excellent customer service from initial in home meeting with Sales Repetitive to completion of installation! Found the pricing to be competitive and all communications
with the company were accurate and clear.

I give these guys 10 stars! They were fantastic, the work crew were very clean and very professional. They were top notch, I had 2 windows and a sliding glass patio door installed. The job turned out beautiful, they trimmed out my slider way better than what i had, if you are looking for a window/door company please call Alexander Company you will not be sorry. Good job guys!!!!

Company worked with us on style, color and cost. Double checked measurements, what was included with the door and that it would take time to get which was ok.
Installers were on time, protected the floors and cautious of walls when demo of old frame work. Very pleasant to talk with and really nice job of installing front door and clean up.
Used Alexander Co. in the past for all the windows of the house.

Lead times were long, but that is because of Covid. They kept me informed the entire way. Installed with the great respect for our home, cleaning up after the job was done!

We will be repeat customers as we have a renovation on the horizon.

We are completely happy with Alexander Company's work and craftmanship. Great crew (we had Jose, Ron, and Carlos), great work, extremely responsive from start (quote) to finish. We had seven windows replaced, asbestos siding removed (John Alexander managed this work with a third party), and new siding installed. We were so happy that we already set phase two of our window replacement project in motion with them.
