It’s a good airport itself. The reason for all the bad rap from American Airlines at this location is truly because there aren’t enough workers because the management is horrible and drives everyone to quit. I know you fly on a plane and think nothing of it and it is what it is. But the management of the workers is absolutely sickening and terrible. I feel bad for anyone who does work there. And if you are thinking of working there. I REALLY recommend you don’t! Save yourself from having to take orders for the management there!

I had a wonderful experience with Ellis Airport, everything I needed they provided, they were efficient and timely, polite. they made sure that I was comfortable, I was traveling disabled and I was taken care of all the way through the airport, and to my plane ,they even upgraded my seat to the front of the plane because of my leg, it does not bend and they actually took that into consideration ,thank you so much Albert Ellis airport and all of your employees , looking forward to flying through your airport again.p.S the airport was spotless.

Small but very nice airport. First time I've walked across the tarmac but it was a beautiful day!

Very nice and clean!! Staff was all friendly and got through security very fast:) The plane was also nice despite being on the smaller size! Great experience everytime!

Pretty quick through screening process. Polite staff. Experienced a minor baggage issue. Overall, good experience at the airport.
