Such a drab and depressing facility. Would give it NEGATIVE FIVE STARS if it were possible. The shelves are bare, the stores are cramped, the bathrooms are revoltingly filthy. And, get ready for the icing on the cake; the staff is rude on a new level! Every employee in all of the stores I went into was unwelcoming and dismissive, and, unwilling to help me. Especially at the Sephora! What the heck?! You sell makeup! Why are you so gloom and doom? One of the employees there greeted me and didn’t even look me in the eye and then walked away! The cashier didn’t even want me to slide my card she also didn’t even have any knowledge on what makeup the had there. Highly unprofessional and trashy service at this Sephora and the entire mall for that matter. BOTTOM LINE: DON’T COME HERE! DONT EVEN COME TO ALBANY ITS DEPRESSING AND BORING LET IT BE YOUR LAST OPTION.UNLESS YOU WANT TO CRY YOURSELF TO SLEEP THAT NIGHT. ~FIN~

This place used to be a great mall, but it’s gone downhill fast. Shops are pretty decent and the food court is alright.

We were down in Albany to visit my daughter and we got the chance to walk around the mall . This mall has a JC Penney's in it which is unbelievable as well as many other stores that you normally don't find in a big city. And they have a Kirkland's also which is so wonderful the people here are extremely friendly and customer service is great. You must visit this mall

Sorry I remember when it was built and I still do not like it. But I really don't like Albany anymore either. It's a horrible version of the nice, safe, pretty place of the 60's and 70's, even the start of the 80's. Just an opinion.

I Love it. Different stores to walk around and shop for things. There is also a pet store in here. I greatly recommend. You can basically just walk around evem if you don't want to buy anything. There is a kids place calld Chucky Cheeses and kids love it. We take my step daughter there and she enjoys it to the fullest.

The mall is one of the nicest places to go. I usually go there not every Saturday, but a few Saturdays. I go there to chill out, eat food, be on my computer and playing a game. It's a good mall. Only complaint I have is the mall's main Wi-Fi

I love shopping at this mall and be sure and watch a movie at the Imax theater! Has a great eatery and restaurants inside and outside of mall.

It has good climate control and an easy listening tone in general . The shops are easy access and their food court is centrally located

It's ok. Me and my friend come here sometimes on Saturday and Sunday. We walk around the whole mall in 30 minutes to an hour. It's not the best but good for a small town. We go to the same stores every time and look at shoes etc. Need more modern stuff it's laid back to the old time.

Its a small town mall, not much to offer, but anything better would take some time to drive to, and in my opinion is the better decision. There isn't much to look at if you plan to shop here, even less if you're a guy. It used to be a great place to shop, to hang out. Now it's on the decline. I hope more vendors and variety come to the area, it is sorely needed.
