Service consultants are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer waiting area, restrooms and refreshment area are exceptionally well maintained. Entire facility is handsomely modern and clean. Work was completed as promised and in a timely manner. Not the least expensive, but proves the old saying 'You get what you pay for.'

Appointment was for 1:00 and we were told it would take an hour. The car was not ready for us until 2:45. Whoever changed the oil apparently splashed it as there was an oil puddle on our garage floor that we noticed a few days later when we moved the car out and left it on the driveway. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful.
