Jacob was extremely professional, courteous and caring. We have a difficult thick door but through his persistence he made sure the smart lock was installed and works. He also touched up all scratches. I highly recommend AJ and loved my experience. Make sure to ask for Jacob.

I don't know how busy a lock Smith gets, but he made $278 in 2 minutes. I love how very transparent they were. He gave me at least 2 phone calls to update me on how close he was to me. He got that lock cut in less than 2 minutes.

I highly recommend AJ Locksmith!! I actually called a couple of other locksmiths. One took my info and never got back with me, the other one quoted me crazy outrageous prices.. When I called AJ’s, she was able to tell me everything I needed and just like she said the person that was coming out would get back with me within a couple of minutes for the ETA and he did!!
First of all thank you Jacob ! Jacob was AMAZING!! He was so patient, kind and friendly! Their rates are very very reasonable and he came out to fix my dilemma within half hour!! Unheard of.. Great service and even the person who answered the phone initially, she was very nice courteous and very professional ..(sorry.. I did not get your name)
It’s 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for me!! I hope I don’t have to need the service but if I do, I will definitely use them again!! Highly recommend
Thanks again Jacob

We just moved into a new house and needed to change the locks. We reached out to AJ Locksmith and set up an appointment for a Sunday which was very convenient for us. Jacob arrived at the house on time and he was very pleasant. He went over pricing before he started and changed our locks in no time. I highly recommend AJ Locksmith and Jacob. Job well done!

I was very pleased with the work Joey did. He informed me he would be delayed due to the weather, and set another time. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I will definitely use this service again.
