Just had my house units serviced by Mazdaq, and felt compelled to leave a review because of how impressed I was with his service/knowledge/professionalism. From the moment he came in, he was extremely polite and very easy to talk to. Once he started diagnosing the units, he started explaining the problems he found and what he was doing to fix it, on a level that a non-technical person could easily understand. He knew exactly how to efficiently and promptly fix the problem. I am really impressed with his skills, and can only hope that he will be the same tech I get when we do our yearly maintenances.

Excellent service technicians. Juan Flores diagnosed the AC problem efficiently and provided quick detailed quote. The team were prompt on getting the service scheduled and very well executed repair. Happy with their service.

Unfortunately for the 1st year of owning my home by Lennar (horrible builder) I was forced to use AirTeam to maintain the labor warranty on my system. Dealing with them was a nightmare that 2.5 years later is still being felt. During install they damaged the unit so badly the access door STILL will not stay on to this day. Ductwork is coming un-done and I've found they have left features unplugged because they couldn't get it working properly. I have sweating duct work & plenum, faulty fresh air supply & unbalanced airflow. Also, duct work was not suspended properly causing choke points that affect airflow and cooling to portions of my "energy efficient" home. During warranty work, AirTeam, Lennar and the field techs couldn't communicate for whatever reason so the work was never completed properly or at all. Please do yourself a favor and call ANYBODY else to take care of your HVAC.

Arrived late, but was quick, and fixed the problem with my Lennox Mini-Split system - which many HVAC companies will avoid. The service technician was well trained, smart, and personable. Some may think they are expensive, but getting the job done correctly makes it worth it.
