Did a really poor job and was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Paid for a Groupon and redeemed it. In the waiting area where the magazines and couches are there are children's books and stickers. While I waited I had my 2 kids with me ask if they could play with the stuff there. Since there was nothing for kids on the TV I told them they could, so they each grabbed something and sat down quietly to play. I was the only person there, but the girl at the register failed to let me know that they are selling the books, and that they are not there for customers while they waited. There was no sign posted saying for sale, it was in the waiting area, and I was not told anything until it was too late. Apparently since my kids took out stickers we now had to pay $7 for each one. The thing that gets to me is that the girl didn't say anything until my kids had been playing with the stuff for 20 minutes. She was so into the TV show that she failed to notice my children playing with things that were in the waiting area right in front of her. Once she told me I had to pay, I expressed that there was no sign or anything saying that it wasn't for customers and that it was a simple issue that they should fix. Not so much as a sorry about the misunderstanding or anything, it was a feeling of "too bad, now pay". I will not be back after dealing with this, and will be sending everyone I know elsewhere as well. They need to learn how to treat customers and to place their merchandise away from the magazines that are there for customers (or at least post that the others are for sale). BUYER BEWARE.

So I got the “Gold” package and the truck has drying marks everywhere, clearly a dirty towel was used, this is a $5 quality work not a $25

Took my new Acura there to get buffed. They ruined my headlights. I have attached a before and after picture. I want to throw up. I now will have to get new headlights which will be over a GRAND! I'm going to call my insurance company against this car wash and hopefully they can handle the claim against them. ALWAYS TAKE BEFORE PICTURES LIKE I DID FOR YOUR INSURANCE! Or, better yet, just don't let these people touch your car! I brought the car back in the next day to talk to the manager. He told me that he "let me know" that my car had some sand damage before they buffed it and that I shouldn't get the car headlights buffed. He NEVER said this! WHY IN THE WORLD would I have them buff my headlights if he DID tell me this? I'm so frustrated. It looks like someone to a piece of sandpaper to my headlights! It looked so good before they touched it! I just wanted an extra shine.

Went in for a full auto detail. I paid $220, which was already more than another local place that had no openings, and the results were not worth the money. Not only are the seats oily 5 days later but they failed to clean the vents and roof panels altogether. Never again.

$40 to wait half an hour and still have a dirty car with no fragrance. Barely decent clean and carpet was not vacuumed under the mats. The job seemed rushed yet I was there for almost an hour. Cathedral city carwash near target does better for their 18$ wash and for what was done to my car, was what you can get at the duck wash in cat city for 10$ and you can clean ur own carpet to get into the hard to reach places.

Paid for the managers special 39.99 and basically got what I could get at the duck carwash in cat city for $10. My car was very dirty and it took 40 minutes of just water and soap being sprayed by a machine to do. Inside. There was sunscreen marks (mine)still on the inside of the doors, the carpet was minimally vacuumed they didn't do it under the mats, blue streaks all over the outside, and the front under the plate wasn't wiped. I simply got a wet rag and wiped the sunscreen off and blue streaks and leftover dirt. Never coming here again, just paid $40 for water and soap.

They did the dually and out in 25 minutes, with a hand wax. I am very picky and they did a great job. I had to pay extra for the dually and the wax, but the total was less than I have paid for just a wash at other places. Treated with respect all the way through! I will go back.

Always a perfect wash. Everyone is extremely friendly especially the cashiers. I am a perfectionist so I go over any spot left if one is left on the car with one of their rags but they never let me - they will do it themselves without complaints. Thanks! By far the best car wash in the city.

I paid $50 to wash detail and carpet clean my car and it looks like they didn't even detail the inside. It's a fing joke. Inside Windows never cleaned. Visors never wiped, inside door lining never touched. My mats were soaking wet! Dust on my dash! I took pictures and will contact someone it's complete bullshit to rip people off. On top of that I waited 1.5 hours for my car to supposeably be finished! Awful! Will never go back!

A pretty good wash. You have to watch them 'cause at times they don't do the inside back window (but will once you remind them). I've also had them slip a car or two in front of mine at the intake area (regulars?).Other than that, it's fine but very pricey. And visited again today.for the cheapest wash (the bronze) they charge $17.95outrageous..
