I give them a 3 because this is my favorite hotel in the city the courtyard has everything correction had everything I’ve been going to these hotels since I was a child every time family comes in town this is the go to spot the hot tub wouldn’t work the The mini carousel one at work And there used to be a big television for entertainment in the middle there is no more good thing I brought my own bouncy house for my nephews birthday party because we would’ve been very disappointed but they were very nice and let us set up our bouncy house in the courtyard I am grateful for that if somebody just bought this hotel and invested some money it would be top-notch again

Great hotel! Nice clean rooms. Good food one of the best hotels for the money. The only complaint I have is no coffee pot in room. But they did have it with breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a great location just half mile from airport. Great nightly entertainment and big courtyard . Very friendly staff. Beautiful, well up kept grounds. Nice large balcony and comfortable king bed with Will return when in the area.

Beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good but wished they served bacon or sausage with the scrambled eggs. Front desk staff was very friendly. It's also a conference center. So this Red Roof was more upscale than other ones that we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a good place to just stay for a night, stayed for 3 days and people were rude only ones who weren't were the girls that worked at the desk. The rooms are clean though. Good place to stay though for a quick stop. Oh and breakfast was gross! Pancakes were hard as a rock gravy tasted like boxed gravy. Oh and while we were eating there was a girl who puked right in front of the food. Needless to say it smelt in their

The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. Was close to most places we wanted to go to. Would definitely stay here again.

It was mediocre at best, the whole place was hot and humid. It looked desolate from the outside and didn't get much better at the threshold. If I hadn't been on a work trip, I would have found a different hotel.

Was at the Airport Inn and Conference Center for a quarter mania event in the courtyard. The area was clean and neat. The only complaint was that it was exceptionally warm. Two large fans were provided but they weren't enough to cool the large area. Everyone I've spoken to that work there are friendly and hospitable.

It's not a bad place, the rates are fair, staff is friendly. But due to the internet not working 90% of the time and being slow I give this a 3 star rating. If you need the internet to get you buy while your out of town on business. Bring your own hotspot. Other than that, great place to stay. I live in the country and have better and more reliable internet than they do.

The staff were professional and helpful. We did have an Internet blip at 2 pm during our meeting that was quickly resolved. The food provided was wonderful. Great place to have events.

Out of all the hotels near the airport, this is a family favorite. We've had reunions, birthdays, stay vacations, and family stay here over many years. The place is reputable for being constant with its service. The atmosphere is family friendly with a very open and spacious common area. A pool, hot tub, and small gym are available as well. The rooms are well sized, and comfortable. Highly would recommend for someone looking for a decently priced, cozy family hotel.

Very friendly staff. Love the pillows and quiet rooms. We have stayed here many times over several years and it has always been enjoyable. Our kids loved the game and pool areas when they were younger. We will be back!
