  Jared from APA was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and how it could be rectified. He kept me informed as he corrected the problem. He provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing maintenance or repairs to your HVAC system.

  2/2/18 update - Again I am so impressed with the service team at APA. I called about a noise when the unit would turn off. They sent 2 technicians, explained the problem all it was, was a setting a few minutes done. They didn't leave till we tried it a few times and then they asked if I had any others issues WHAT a group of professionals. Thank you again.
  11/22/17 I would like to thank the entire team at Air Professional Associates. Bill, Vice President, came to the house and designed the new system. I had a new Carrier Air Handler, AC unit, Honeywell controls, redesigned duct work and April Aire Humidifier installed by Jay & Andre (Installers), Kyle (Service Tech). Each were extremely knowledgeable of the products they designed and installed. Their workmanship is truly something they take pride in and the end result shows.
  
  I would highly recommend Air Professional Associates to anyone looking for great products and workmanship at a fair price.

  Very conscientious reliable and punctual. I appreciated their attention to consideration when the repair man put coverings on his feet before entering our home. He was friendly and communicative and was able to locate the problem quickly.
