  Worst experience ever!!! They kept sending me the same paperwork to fill out for my onboarding cause they can’t keep up with anything I was placed in 2 different training courses waisted my time learning the assignment just to get let go because the women they had training everybody is not experienced nor did she know anything about this specific department so it became “ a too big of an assignment” I wouldn’t recommend working with this 3rd party very unprofessional and unorganized and WILL waist your time if u let them.

  "Great Company and Great Position"
  I have been working at Spectraforce Technologies full-time for more than a year and it has been a terrific company to work for!
  
  - Owner and Managers are all extremely accessible and friendly.
  - Has a startup vibe for such a high earning company
  - Office/Team Environment is very laid back and welcoming
  - Your success is based on the work you put in
  - Unlimited Snacks, smoothies and the best coffee machine ever :)

  The last place you want to go. 4 weeks till first paycheck. Ain't a damn soul that can afford to wait that long to get paid. A complete joke. Don't waste you time. Unfortunately I had put 1 star. They don't deserve that.

  Spectraforce is certainly a company that focuses on giving anyone with a drive to work and potential, the opportunity of a lifetime to be apart of this dynamic company! They are predominantly focused on ensuring all employees are focused with a "business" mindset to get-the-job-done. They are very understanding and will do what it takes to ensure that its employees are well taken care of to reduce conflict. This is definitely a company that I will recommend to anyone and have recommended and those individuals were given an immediate opportunity! They have a quick-response time from all aspects of the company and will make sure all aspects are handled accordingly. I most certainly, will name this company a top organization that I have ever been apart of!

  I will say that using Spectraforce in the beginning was a little bit of a challenge, Payroll for the first week was not correct but even though it was not, they did do their best to correct the issue and move forward with everything being corrected the rest of the time. I did enjoy working closely with my own personal rep that was assigned to me once the job was chosen for me and loved it ever since. They were always there to answer any questions that I had and made sure to keep in contact with me and check in every step of the way. I am pleased to say after 8 months of working through them I am now perm at the company they hired me to work for and I love it! I think all relationships are based on communication and being clear on the expectations and once that was done things went smooth along the way. Thanks Spectraforce!
