  Air Bros will soon be taking over the Tampa Bay area as the top HVAC company around! Ricky (the owner) is amazing! He personally came out to help us evaluate things, and in the end we decided to go with a new unit. The product and price was more than fair. They came the very next day and installed everything in about 6 hours. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. You can always tell how well-run a company is by the employees, and there has been great care in selecting the employees to represent this company. This brings me to another reason for giving this company a 5-star rating.We were extremely impressed by the work ethic of Kyle and Marty (the installers). They were on time, extremely friendly, very personable, very knowledgeable, and hard working!!.they even laughed and seemed to enjoy the hard work they were doing! I honestly have not seen this kind of customer service, and hard working individuals in a long long time! Ricky even came back out the same day to check on things and see with his own eyes how things looked. They were all perfectionist, leaving the house as clean as they found it. Ricky was very responsive in all our communications throughout the process, in fact - Our unit sits very close to our patio, after coming home from a late dinner (same day as install) we noticed a slight rattle coming from the outside unit that drove us crazy, we sent him a message telling him about it, he responded instantly, came out extremely early the next morning while we were sleeping, and found and fixed the rattle. If you are reading this review then you are doing exactly what I did, trying to find the most honest, hard working, reliable people you can to do the job,.all I can tell you is look no farther. I'm really glad I took a chance on Air Bros!!!!

  Ricky is easy to work with. We had a garage apartment unit what was a touch fit. The Air Bros group did a great job at installing the unit and it works well. They were prompt and reliable. Appreciate the great work.

  Air Bros Air Conditioning & Heating installed a new AC system with a new duct and vent in a bedroom. They were very professional, courteous, clean and on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. So many times, you read about companies not providing a level of service you expect, but this company is not one of them. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks for providing excellent service!!

  Very nice and very professional! Had the owner himself come out and he couldn’t have been nicer. Gave me an honest and easy rundown of the issues and his recommendations. No hassle of just trying to sell you things. Everything was taken care of with ease and our a/c is running amazing again. highly recommend!

  Excellent experience in every way! I highly recommend Air Bros! Ricky was extremely responsive and gave us a great quote for our new AC system. Kyle came to install and was one-time, super friendly, and did the job in half the time I anticipated. It's a beautiful, new system that doesn't even make more sound than a slight gentle breeze. I'm so impressed by them and our overall experience that I can't express myself. It's refreshing after a long unhappy relationship with another local company. Our old unit was a pain from the first day. It was so loud that we got complaints from neighbors and guests who couldn't sleep. I will never buy a Trane system again. Ricky sells Rudd and I am so pleased. Don't waste time shopping around. Call Air Bros now and get a new system before summer!
