There was a problem with my lower denture. It’s seem to be wearing the back teeth very flat and not formed like a natural tooth. I went back and told him that I felt that I had an economy denture instead of the custom one that I had paid for, they claim that I had a custom denture. There was nothing I could do about it even though it’s supposed to be in warrantied for two years for craftsmanship if a tooth is flat on your denture wouldn’t you consider that as being worn. They claimed that it was not worn and that was it nothing that could be done. About the new denture boy did I get suckered I know for a fact that it was an economy denture and not a custom denture. I got refunded the amount of $230 that’s not even the price of an economy denture which they charged me $325 for with the initial new denture wearer package the savings came on the end of the deal so that’s why they refunded me only $230 I had purchased the new denture package for my lower denture I was supposed to get an economy denture that was temporary and my new permanent one was supposed to of been a custom denture I did not get a custom denture they don’t even know what they’re doing. The people are nice but they don’t back up their product. When you question them they look at you like you’re stupid. I do know that this was an economy denture because I have purchased custom from them before and had no problem with my upper denture.

Dr. John Doyle is great! 12 extractions and he was highly attentive to my well being and making my experience as pain free as possible. Awesome personality as well. His staff are just as great.

I had a tooth that had started getting infection on a regular basis. As I had no regular dentist I came to your office at Rocky Gap. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr Doyle was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend that office to anyone who needs dental work. It was a good experience.

I have never personally been a patient here but I have taken my father and a few friends to have their dentures made here. The staff has always been polite and friendly as well as thorough and punctual. A great place for those in need without a lot of money to spare.

Dr. Doyle saw me for the consultation and although the waiting room was completely full, he gave me his full attention and answered all my questions. I trusted him.
Dr. Black did my extractions and was very thourgh and nice. She was funny to and that helped the nerves. She got 10 teeth out very quick and one was a honker. I sat down in the chair at 10 AM and was at my house 1 hr. away by 12 noon. That was Thursday, today is Monday and I am well on the way to healing with no pain at all. Excellent place. Very clean, very friendly staff, dentists try their best to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, excellent job of numbing and pain free extractions. First visit in 2008, second 2017. You have to pay up front and file your own claim for reimbursement but they give you a statement for it.

Got in quick. Nice staff very polite. Answered all my questions. Prices are great. My new dentures are absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable. Great atmosphere. I love my new smile. Thank you guys you are the best.
