Forgot about me for almost an hour. When I went to ask how it happened because I had an appointment that I made for myself for the first time and genuinely wasn’t sure, they seemed more mad about it than me. When they first realized and asked me if I was waiting for someone I walked up to the counter and explained why I was there and that I made an appt. Both receptionist looked at the computer screen and laughed then told me I was all set. So I asked what happened and they rudely said mistakes happen so I’m like on my end or yours? One of them said on our end I already told you and I explained that I had no idea and had to ask them so no they didn’t tell me. She basically said I just said it twice now I’m done you can have her help you referring to the other receptionist. They just treated me like they did not care at all to explain what happened or how we could resolve it and sat there and continued to eat right at the front desk unmasked and make faces and laugh as I attempted to resolve the l issue and provide my information with the other receptionist.

Worst! Clinic I have ever been to wanted to go to med clinic from the beginning should of listened to my instinct! Receptionist was in a hurry to leave I was told I could only be seen for one thing didn’t get to meet the nurse or doctors might want to change your receptionist gives you guys a bad review! As a business ! And the surroundings were ghetto! The check in process was also horrible!

Called to see if they had gotten my results from 3 days ago. 1st time was told "let me check for you" and put on hold for 90+ minutes. Called back and was told "we haven't received any results" and HUNG UP ON before even being asked name or DOB. So basically they didn't even bother to find out who was calling before giving me an answer. I gave 2 stars because the treatment I received there was excellent, however the receptionist/front end staff need to get it together.
