  I went to AFC Urgent Care Raleigh Midtown last week. I walked in without an appointment. The office was very clean and pleasantly decorated. I was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist. She instructed me to check in online via my cell phone. I answered medical questions and signed the necessary paperwork online. Once I had completed the check in process, I was taken into an examination room after having to wait only approximately 5 minutes.
  
  I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner, Juan. He was thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. I was very happy with the treatment plan that he prescribed for me. I will definitely use AFC again!

  Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend this business to all my family and friends. Went in due to not feeling well for several days. I went in as a walk-in because my doctor did not have an opening for a sick visit. From the greeting of front staff, to the amazing service of the nurse/doctor, to the attentiveness, if I could give 10/10 I would! They truly care! I especially want to recommend Juan Powe, he not only took all my concerns with care but went over and beyond by being very detailed on next steps. Thank you!

  My husband and I both received excellent care from AFC! We didn’t have to wait long, if at all, even when the waiting room was full. The PA that took care of us, Seth, was very thorough, listened to our issues, and explained everything to us. We actually received better care here than with our primary doctor. Highly recommend!!

  PA Juan was fantastic. He was kind, patient, and compassionate. He was not overbearing with his medical suggestions and really gave me, the patient, the choice with how I wanted to move forward with treatment for my sinus infection. He gave me plenty of options and we came up with the best plan for me. The office in general was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was helpful.
  This was my second visit, and if I need an urgent care again, I would not hesitate to use AFC again!

  I was worried about going to an unknown urgent care on a Saturday during flu season, but the place was immaculate. Check-in online and upon arrival was quick and simple. Nurse Brianna was very nice and made me feel at ease. Dr. Seth (forgot his last name) was responsive to my comments and requests, and he explained everything in detail. The receptionist was cheery as she checked me out. Better news is that I am already feeling better.
